"Thank you for the nice review! Could you please tell us what we could have done different on punctuality and cost? We came back the very next day as you were not ready the first day and moved the schedule to do so! I’m confused by the lower score on punctuality and also, we had to re-frame and install a header on the home and then drywall and siding etc., to put the doggie door where you wanted it, all for $800 including materials. That is an excellent value. Could you please tell us what we could have done differently!? We want our homeowners super happy, always! The overall is a 5.0, are these scores errors? We cannot say enough great things about Tristate Complete Home Repair! We just finished up a partial renovation of the interior of our Hoosier Homestead farmhouse, and Tristate did a fabulous job! The house had spent decades under the care of our aging parents, so it needed a lot of careful attention to update nearly everything without compromising the unique historical beauty of the house. Owner Tim of Tristate brought decades of renovation experience to our project, leading a crew of workers representing all the trades. This meant fewer delays and mistakes on our project. No regrets here. We look forward to future work from Tristate!

We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. Would highly recommend this company an will use them again for any future projects we have. Thanks Tim for sending Tom out we appreciate it. Thanks Gary & Kim
