It went very well! I am delighted with my blinds which he pronounced as being some of the dirtiest he'd ever seen.  They are pristine now! If the service weren't so expensive I would have also given him the second-floor blinds to do, but that will have to wait until the spring.

Chuck arrived on time. He was professional, courteous and efficient. My blinds were removed quickly, he explained the service and gave me the cost before he departed. He return promptly with my blinds looking like NEW! The re-installation was flawless and my wife was very impressed.

Chuck was friendly, prompt, and performed the work in a 3-hour time period. He seemed very knowledgable about the various types of blinds I have. He explained what I should expect with the age of the blinds.

They were exceptional. They were punctual, very quick and courteous. They were here when they said they would be. They cleaned and had my blinds back the very same day. They also cleaned my drapes with a dry cleaning solution that worked so well and left my drapes looking so much better than when they started. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Before ordering the blinds, Chuck knew my original Silhouettes were ordered in 1997, so being a stickler for perfection, he wanted the color of the new blinds to perfectly match what I'd bought years ago. I was totally impressed when he knew not only the precise color, but also the exact size of the vanes! When he installed the new blinds, they were a perfect duplication of the blinds in my living room.
This is a great company with an excellent product - I highly recommend their services! If nothing else, the owner is an excellent resource if you have questions about shades or blinds. Easy to talk to and very honest.

I was very impressed with the owner's professionalism and felt very comfortable having him in my home. He's very easy to talk to, and didn't make me feel self conscious when I 'fessed up that I'd never had my blinds professionally cleaned.
My Silhouette blinds were gray and dingy when the owner, Chuck Dimmitt, arrived - after working his magic, they're snow white and fresh looking. I now wish I'd done this sooner and on a regular schedule.
When he arrived, Chuck explained the cleaning process to me, measured my blinds and based on their dimensions, gave me the cost to clean my Silhouettes. I was glad he didn't have to remove the blinds from the house or remove them from the windows. He put protective coverings on the windows as well as the carpet and within 2 hours, the blinds looked good as new.
I'm very happy with the results and very glad that I used Tri State to take care of a chore I'd been dreading for a long time.

There were no troubles with scheduling. He tried to work on a couple of blinds, but did not finish the job. The blinds were about ten years old and he thought that the blinds could be damaged if he cleaned them. He did still charge to come out.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB.  VERY PLEASED.  tHOUGHT HE WAS A LITTLE HIGH PRICED.  I WILL TRY TO GET A BETTER PRICE NEXT TIME.

Great experience-  would definitely use Chuck again.   Blinds look great and excellent service.  I had never used a blind cleaning service before and relied on Angie's List recommendations.  Excellent choice.

We had a small job - two French door panels - and wanted to give this company a try as it was recommended by Hunter Douglas and Angle's List.  We were very pleased with the result and the timing - the blinds were cleaned and returned the next day.  They look like new and we will definitely use this company again.  Had we had a larger job, the work would have been done at our home, but since it involved just two panels, the representative took them with him and returned them the next day.

Chuck arrived right on time and gave me an estimate for blinds for the first floor. I added four additional blinds at the last minute. I used the coupon on Angie's List which covered the trip charge and a bit more. Chuck quickly took out the blinds and called within a few hours. He rehung everything. I asked him about cleaning other types of blinds, and he does that too. I was surprised he finished the job so quickly.

Chuck was on time actually 15 minutes early and described the process would take approx. 2-3 hours.  He put plastic behind each window treatment as well as the floors.  The cleaning process took about 2 hours and the shades looked wonderful after the cleaning.

Chuck did a great job cleaning my very expensive Hunter Douglas luminette blinds.  He did his best to remove an oil stain caused by a floor installer.  Will use him in the future to keep my blinds in good shape.
