Very well. Treatment was thorough, and ended up requiring less than was originally estimated. It took a few days for the smell of the cleaning chemicals to dissipate, but once that was gone, there was no trace of the cigar/tobacco odor that had previously rendered the room unusable in warm weather.

We had a basement flood and it was an emergency situation as we have a child with a health issue. They were extremely helpful and professional. We did not have time to 'price' shop so I have not commented on price.

I had a problem with mold in a bedroom due to a leak in the chimney. I got estimates from 3 companies to get rid of the mold. They were to start after I got the leak fixed. I used Tri Weh because they were the lowest bid I received - about $1,000.00 less than the other two bids I received. They were nice, pretty professional, showed up on time, and did the work. At one point the exhaust fan they had set up in the window fell out. I called and they came and fixed it, but acted like it wasn't a big deal. Which made me wonder, and quot; Why seal the room and set up the fan if it isn't important?and quot; Before they sealed the wall back up I had one of the other companies who had given me a bid come and test the room for mold spores. The count was at an acceptable level, so I had Tri Weh finish the job, which included painting the room walls and ceiling. I chose a dark color, but was not told that it would cost extra until I received the bill. I do not like being told the bill is going to be higher than the estimate after the work is done, espeically when if they had told me that the dark paint would cost more, I would have selected another color. We ended up compromising on a price that was between the estimate and the final bill.
About a year later I noticed mold in the same place in the room. I called them and asked if they guarenteed their work. They said they would call me back. They never called me back. I tried calling them again, but was told the person I needed to talk to would call me back. Now, if they had called me back and told me that they guarenteed their work for a year and I was a day late, I would have asked them to come give me a new estimate. Or if they had come and looked at it and said that the reason the mold was back was not because of the work they did, I would have asked them to give me a new estimate. But to not call me back makes me wonder if they thought it was their fault the mold was back. Obviously, I will not be using their services again.

Sanitary sewer backed-up across the finished basement floor. Called Tr-weh and they responded within 2 hours. They quickly identified the problem and got the blockage removed. They provided a written estimate to remove carpet, sanitize floor, paneling etc. They worked through the night to remove the biggest damaged areas and then came back each day to monitor air quality and readjust the drying fans. Final cost was above estimate but they agreed to honor the estimate without any negotiation. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. If I had water damage again, I wouldn't even think if calling anyone but tri-weh. What a fantastic job

The representative who booked the service was courteous and they were able to accommodate my last minute scheduling change request. The crew did a generally good job and didn't try to upsell me on additional extras such as the anti-microbial treatment. The only concern was a lack of care when removing some vent covers leading to some cracked plaster around a wall. Would consider using them again.

They also do carpet cleaning. They did a very good and thorough job. Their price was the best price.
