It was a nice experience

I just got done reinstalling the door. Mike did this install a couple of months ago. I’ve used his services before and he has in the recent past become incredibly untrustworthy. He asked if I wanted him to remove 2 panels of the accordion door he was installing. It seemed like a good move but I decided it made the door too likely to open and wanted some room for error. After I took the door down I realized it was not put together correctly and one of the panels was broken. Mike struggle with this project as he didn’t read the instructions. I had to call the customer service number for help as he would not and he was frustrated. The bottom line here is Mike works fast in order to make as much as he can in a day sacrificing quality. I will not use him again. This is the third time I have found problems ( 2 from his last visit ). I found a piece of art work broken after he left once. He left it on the counter for me to find, he lied about installing an electric box ( review done earlier) and now I find his low quality work on the $400+ Accordion door I purchased for my office. Speed for Greed.

Mike did a great job, he was on time, he worked efficiently, and he cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with the new lighting and would use Mike again.

WH Gregory was prompt and efficient. Completed all tasks in specified time. Both he and his helper were friendly and helpful. Did a nice job of cleaning up after their work. It couldn't have gone better. Mike Bottom, the owner is a diamond in the rough. He is one of those people that you would recommend without any hesitation to anyone looking for his services.
He was completely professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. His finished product is perfect.
He also kept the work area clean and when he left you couldn't tell he had been there outside of the gorgeous cabinets, granite countertops and overall finish work.
It's refreshing to find someone so reliable, skilled and reasonable. It's also nice to have one company who can do it all, a one-stop shop, to handle any project without having to call a separate plumber, electrician, etc.
Call Top to Bottom, you won't be disappointed.

Work is always performed timely and well

Everything was good. I have them back doing some additional work, so that speaks really highly of my experience with them. They are very reliable. There are no issues in terms of worrying about having someone in the house. They are trustworthy and they are prompt. They do quality work. The price is something I am not sure I want to share.

He did everything well. He is fast and he is efficient and he doesn't take fifteen minute breaks every time he does something. He just kept on working.

Mike is very quick and easy to work with. He cleans up after himself and did not waste any time.
