"We completed the power washing of his house on 07/11/18. We received a message on Angie’s List on 07/16 from him stating damage to his outside foliage and plants. On 07/17/18, I sent him a message on Angie’s List requesting pictures of the damaged foliage and received no response. On 07/24/18, I sent him another message requesting pictures and still no response. The next correspondence we received is a complaint via Angie’s list. It is difficult to determine what caused the damage to the foliage based on the timeline of events."
