I visited several providers to get pricing and the types of tires they provided. TireDiscounters had the tires I wanted at a competitive price. I called them the day I wanted the tires installed and set up an appointment for the afternoon. I arrived a little early, and they were ready to go when I got there. They estimated 90 minutes, but were done in about 60. They did a quality job, cleaned up the wheels and did not pressure me for a bunch of additional options. It was handled very efficiently and professionally. I would do business with them again.

Got a premium set of Michelin tires for less than I bought before at Costco. The tire quote included a free alignment upon installation and free tire rotation, inflation (Nitrogen) and valve stems for the life of the tires. Called ahead for an appointment, arrived 30 min. late but they still took my car in right away. Checked the brakes for free and bagged and loaded 2 of my old tires that I wanted to keep for spares. All associates were extremely friendly and professional. The waiting room was clean and had tv and coffee. Overall, I would say that my experience could not have been any better. Total time was about 90 minutes. Will definetly return.

They were great. Everyone was very professional and they did just what they said they would do. They did all of the work within the amount of time that they said they would and I did not have to go back to them for anything after I got the car back.

It took them about thirty five minutes to put the tires on for me. I walked in and told the guy what I wanted and I paid for the work and they went right to work. The waiting room has all the tire displays, a television, and some magazines. I was pleased with the short amount of time for the job. The employees were very nice. When they were putting the tires on a lug nut broke off and they special ordered one for me and had it one the next morning. They were very good.

When we picked up a railroad spike in our tire, we came in expecting to have to replace 2 tires but were pleasantly surprised when they showed us the tread was nearly new on the one and they could still match it exactly. So we spent half as much as we thought we'd have to. They were terribly busy but the customer service guy was pleasant and calm and they fixed it in the time estimated.

I had a flat due to a puncture with a screw embedded in my tire. I went to Wal-Mart first, but they could only do a patch repair which they said wouldn't work. I went over to Tire Discounters on Fields Ertel and they were able to do a cord plug repair they said would last the life of the tire. It only took about 20 minutes while I walked over to another store. The best part was they handed me my keys and I said I hadn't paid for it yet. They said ''Don't worry about it!''

WE BOUGHT 4 TIRES FOR OUR DODGE MINI-VAN, AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THEM PUT ON THE VAN. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE PRICE WAS BETTER, BELOW ALL OF THE OTHER TIRE OUTLETS THAT I CHECKED.
