To begin, parking is very complicated. There are not a lot of options and several lots clearly don't want you to park in them. Once in side you are ushered into a changing room complete with a locker and nice robe. I only spent a couple of minutes in the and quot;quietand quot; room but it seemed nice. The general operation seemed very typical of a day spa - soft music, dim lighting, lots of rooms for various treatments - what you should expect to see and feel, relaxed. We discussed what I wanted for my facial and I let the esthetician make suggestions. Generally I like a longer facial - 90 minutes - so that I get the full treatment and full relax. In this case she pretty much told me that really got all that I needed for the 60 minutes. On a scale the facial was a 7. There wasn't the effleurage - massage strokes to the face - that I generally get. Also there wasn't as much attention to my neck and declotage - which for me need lots of moisture. And also they use some type of electric brush which I have had used once before. I don't really consider it something that a professional facial should include. So - it's a nice place with pleasant staff and good products but I'm going to keep looking.

My main concert was the room and materials used. The room was not clean and the towels that were used were soiled and in very bad condition. Considering the price of a pedicure $60 without tip), I feel like it was way below standard. Normally ne would get this degree of service for 1/2 the price. I chose this salon becauseI am concerned with Hygiene. The manicurist was OK but I was out in 45and quot; with no leg or foot massage

Overall, I was very pleased with both the massage and facial. The massage was full-body but she asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on. I typically carry all of my tension in my shoulders so she worked extra hard to relax those muscles but was still gentle and calming. I was very relaxed and thought she did a great job. The facialist was again very nice and walked me through all of the steps so I wouldn't be surprised by anything (with my eyes closed). She explained the products as she used them and recommended several products for me to purchase. When I went to check out, she had grabbed a bunch of those products and had them waiting for me at the counter. I thought maybe they were samples but no, they were full-size and EXPENSIVE. I was caught off-guard with the total after my gift certificate. I took everything home but returned a few days later to return the products I didn't think I'd actually use... since I felt they had been pushed on me. They took them back no questions asked. I will absolutely go back for more pampering services in the future but will be sure to nix the recommended products at the register. I'm sure they make a lot of $$ on those impulse buys!

I was greeted warmly by the front staff. Then taken to the waiting room and offered a beverage. I was there for a few minutes and due to the calming and quiet environment, was able to let the outside world go. Then I was called by my pedicurist and was taken into my own private room for my services. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. After my pedicure was done I was taken back to the waiting room and stayed as long as I wanted to let my polish dry. When I was ready, I checked out and was on my way. Great experience.

We were all greeted in the very serene setting at Woodhouse. We were offered various hot teas or water and taken to the quiet room to wait for our appointment. After an enjoyable and relaxing wait, we were all three called back into a large room with just the three of us. The manicures and pedicures included massages and treatments as well as a polish. All were very well done. It was a very relaxing experience for all of us. I would love to return and try their other treatments.

This spa is wonderful! 1 week later, people are still commenting that my skin is glowing. Their products are organic. Their staff is kind and accommodating. I can't wait to go back.

I would recommend their services. I paid for it upfront.

They were a little on the high side. The nails were between $35-40 and the massage was $75-80. My best friend was getting married so it was a bridal shower sort of thing. It was very nice and very relaxing but it was highly priced.

They were extremely welcoming and very professional. It is just really an amazing facility and you would want to stay all day if you ever went there. It is a nice little retreat.

It is luxurious, attentive to detail and you come out feeling wonderful.
