As new members of Angie’s List, we checked them out. The reviews seemed to be contradictory, and were little help in our decision-making. We went with our gut and proceeded. On June 25, 2013, we visited the OMF store at 6214 Glenway Avenue (at Parkcrest Dr.) (NOTE ADDRESS CHANGE FROM: 5068 Glen Crossing Way), Cincinnati, OH 45211. We looked around their showroom and found a style of each that suited us. The salesmen wrote up what our purchase would cost, including a $25 reduction for us to pickup both and assemble the bed frame ourselves. There were no price negotiations; we just took the proposal and “slept on it”. Three days later we went back to the store and placed an order for both, albeit with a different salesman. He told us due to the upcoming holiday it might be a week before they received the bed and mattress, or we could go and pick it up. We elected to wait. We received a phone call that the bed was in on July 2 and picked it up the next day. The salesman helped us load our van, and we were off. Assembly was not difficult. We are happy with our purchase and the service to this day.
