THIS HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY NICE. THE SALESMAN AT HERITAGE POINTE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL AND POLITE. ALL IN ALL THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT AS ADVERTISED AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, EXCELLENT WORK, CAME IN AT, OR SLIGHTLY UNDER, TIME FRAME EXPECTED. WE GOT TO PARTICIPATE THE PROCESS, WE COULD WALK THE SITE & REVIEW THE WORK AT ANY TIME. IT MAKES THE COMMUNICATION & CLOSING MUCH QUICKER & THEY ENCOURAGE IT. HONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN'T DO, RATHER THAN SET UP UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS.
