While he did a good job on plumbing end of it, he added new handles on the faucet that were to big. They are the size that would be in a tub not a sink. They threw my old handles in a dumpster. I live in a historic home and would like to keep as much as original as possible. When I called and asked about the original handles he really had no answer for me. 

They charged me $600, there's no way I will be paying that much for what was done especially since I am assuming they threw the handles away.

Apparently, whole lot of work had to be done to fix the pipe that was broken and all the pipes leading all the way back to the dishwasher., so a little unclogging that was supposed to cost under $100 turned into a big job costing  $12300.00. They broke my pipe but didn't give me a break on the cost to fix this.

He done a great job. I would recommend them for someone else to use. They were efficient and they cleaned up all the areas that needed to be cleaned . They were very polite.

We have used his services at least three times. They called ahead of time to let us know how far they were away and when they would be there. We are happy with their services and we would use them again in the future.

I think that overall my wife was pretty impressed. I was not here when they came. The response was pretty quick. They recommended a company to do the job. They said that this company might be able to reline the pipes, instead of replacing them and that that might be cheaper.

Very Well. They answered my calls promptly and were able to provide an estimate for the work over the phone prior to coming to our home. Their staff arrived at our home as scheduled, did the work quickly, and kept the area clean. We'd definitely ask them to return.

I HAVE USED TWO BROTHERS FROM THIS BUSINESS, MOSTLY FOR HEAT RELATED MATTERS: HOT WATER BOILER AND FIREPLACE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO AND WORK VERY FAST. THEY DID BILL ME FOR EVERY MINUTE THEY COULD, AND I QUESTIONED MY TRIP TO THE PLUMBING STORE TO GET A VALVE THEY DID NOT HAVE ON THE TRUCK, BECAUSE I THINK THIS JUST EXTENDED THE TIME TO DO A VERY QUICK PLUMBING JOB AND I PAID FOR IT. REGARDLESS I PAID THE BILL AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK. SKILL WISE, THEY ARE MAYBE THE BEST IN TOWN FOR HOT WATER BOILER REPAIRS.

THEY WERE PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING UP. MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MINIMIZE THE DISRUPTION TO OUR HOUSEHOLD. WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
