I was called about 15 minutes before the service provider (Ellis) arrived to give me a heads up. Ellis arrived shortly after and was very kind and helpful. He worked hard and kept us updated on how things were going.

It went great. I had my detailed list ready for the guys when they came. They were very clean, knowledgable, polite and thorough. It was a great experience.

Find out why the water flow to my kitchen and bathroom sink decreased after my son installed a new dishwasher. The tech mentioned other areas I should have fixed (not related to this problem). All he did was remove the faucet filter in the bathroom sink...this is down the line from the actual problem. I called Stiegerwalds and they found the problem and fixed it. So I am torn as to how to grade these folks given this was a 'deal' I sure won't recommend or use them again myself.

It went fine, he did what he could with the clog drains. He must've fixed because I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend them to other people.

I called on Sunday about my kitchen sink I couldn't get unplugged. They called me right back and I said Monday would be great if they could come out. They called me first thing Monday morning and had a plumber named Jim out late morning. He was very nice, friendly, and professional and snaked it out quickly. I was very impressed with the whole process and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic. They worked us in quickly - within a day or so. Price was much less than we anticipated. We would definitely use Tarvin again.

It was very quick, the job was done within a hour.

Called at 9am and service guy was at my house my house my noon. Quickly, he discovered that one of the heating coils went bad so he just replaced it. Much better news than an entire new heater which I may need at some point anyway since it's older. High recommend!

It started to leak and we called them back. They came very quickly and repaired it. If anyone is looking for a plumber who stands behind their work, you need to call them!

They had to find the shut-off valves that were in a couple of locations. I've used them several times. Very professional and competent.

Phil was punctual, professional, and very, very thorough. I asked many Q's, and he was extremely helpful. Also warned of potential problems.

The plumber was polite and managed to open the pipe in minimal time with virtually no mess to clean up. Excellent service, will call them again if needed.

Hose bibb installed at strange angle with gap between house and collar of bibb. Sump pump began making alarm sound due to improper electrical hookup. Had to have them come back and fix the mistakes.

I called this morning and got on their wait list because of the short notice. They called back in about 30 minutes and said they had a cancellation and could come right away. Two men arrived with a power auger and inspected and augured the drain in the laundry. They were careful and cleaned up after it was finished. We repeated the process in the furnace room. That indicated that I might have some tree roots in my drain line and they brought in a much bigger auger. Before bringing it into the house, they put down canvas drop clothes over the whole route of travel. They augured the sewer line using multiple sections to go out 90'. They cleaned up carefully and reloaded the truck. These guys worked efficiently and did a good job so. Plumbers are never cheap but these guys were experienced and seemed to do the job right with little wasted effort.

Dave was professional from the start, was extremely knowledgeable about his job, and even offered advice on other issues we were dealing with. He knew what insurance would want to see, intentionally leaving some things untouched, like a broken beam. He did everything he could to avoid having to take a cabinet off the wall, to save us possible extra work. Afterwards, he cleaned up so well our kitchen looked better than before he had arrived. I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Tarvin Plumbing and their employee Dave.

Went well. The only issue I had was I scheduled an appointment (8:30) for first thing in morning since I had to take off work. Got a call the morning of the appointment that one of the plumbers didn't show up and I was being pushed back to 9:30-10:00. They ended up arriving at 9:00 and were done by 9:30.

It was great. I think there were additional charges but I don't remember what they were but it wasn't that much. They took longer than 2 hours. It was okay though. They fixed the problem.

It turned out very good. We paid more than what the deal was for, because they were at the house a little longer than one hour, but we knew that. They were very professional and they did their work. They did not waste time. I did not have any issues since the service.

They sent two guys out which seemed unnecessary. However, they were very knowledgeable and professional. It was really easy to schedule the appointment and they came out the same day. It was a stressful situation because we had liquid in our basement. They came out within an hour of calling and we live at least a half hour from their office. They were tidy and did not leave anything behind.

He called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very courteous. He was quick & efficient.

They were on time and professional.

These guys were great. I called on Mew Year's Eve because our water heater was leaking water from the top and water was pooling underneath. Even though they were booked for the day, someone came out that morning. Ellis showed up, was polite and professional, and finished the job within a couple of hours or so. The price was fair and exactly what they quoted me on the phone. I will use Tarvin again for any of my plumbing needs and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, upstanding plumbing company.

It went very well. We have worked with Tarvin before. They installed the spigot and it leaked, so they fixed that at no charge. He then replaced some parts in our bathtub fawcett to stop that leak. He replaced a part in our toilet to stop the running. The hour of labor that we paid for covered those tasks. We were charged a small fee for the replacement parts for the tub and toilet.
