great service. timely. I called and they came out same day. professional and had very nice faucets already in truck on hand.

They came on time and repaired the leak in a timely manner.

It worked out fine! They came out within a day of purchase. No problems scheduling with them at all! I think there was an additional fee for the job.

I was not there, by brother said that he did the job. I did talk to him about a new faucet, but the price was high so I did not get it. I think he was referring to the type of faucet she has now. I would probably put a traditional hot and cold faucet in in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was perfect. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Installer arrived on time, acted professionally and completed job in a timely manner.

Everything turned out well. They were prompt, honest, and did a good job. Ultimately, I would recommend the company to others.

The serviceman (Ellis?) showed up on time and did a great job. I'd called a couple other plumbing companies that didn't even bother to return my call. Tarvin's customer service was excellent and I'll use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I called to have washers replaced in my shower. Still haven't figure out why he needed to replace everything when every other plumber I've had over the years has used a tool to get into the wall space and replace the washers. Wound up having pipes, fittings etc replaced. The first thing he did was pull off the old faucet fittings etc and say they needed to be replaced. He said he needed access to the pipes , that required cutting a hole in the kitchen cabinet and wall behind the shower so he could install a longer pipe for the handles. Well then he cut the old pipe out and in order to install the new pipe he needed to solder and that could 1) melt the surround or 2) cause a fire or 3 cut a hole in the shower surround. At that point I didn't feel I had any choice but to authorize the hole in the surround cause I sure didn't want to chance the entire surround going up in flames. I was left with a hole in my kitchen cabinet and wall, plus another hole in the bathroom wall and shower surround that I have to fix. He said when it was all pretty again he'd come back and put the handles and faucet on no charge. I called Tarvin because I could get $90.00 worth of work by buying a $60.00 coupon. I really didn't save anything at all. I was impressed w/their customer service. The plumber was a very nice man and did good work. But I still wonder if I really needed all that done. My shower doesn't leak any more so that's a good thing.

Bought the big deal, but when scheduling with the provider, found out that extra charges could be huge. Decided to cancel the deal to avoid falling into the hole.

The service was wonderful. I called them and they were here within three days. They replaced a garbage disposal because we determined that the old one was not worth recycling again. He also unclogged two drains in my bathroom.

THIS PROVIDER WANTED $90.00 TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE!! I REFUSED, ESPECIALLY WHEN OTHER SIMILAR COMPANIES PROVIDED ESTIMATES FREE OF COST!! THEY WOULD PUT THE $90.00 TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST IF YOU ACCEPTED THEM BUT IF NOT, YOU LOST $90.00!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UNFAIR.

I called Tarvin Plumbing at 2pm today and the woman who answered asked if I'd be home later on today. I was surprised that they would possibly be able to come today let alone tomorrow! I hardly had hung up after giving her my information when the scheduler called to tell me a plumber could be there within 20-30 minutes!! I was amazed! Phil came promptly, looked at the sump pump, determined it was dead and replaced it. He was nice enough to check the water pressure in other locations in the basement as well as some other fittings. Talk about great service! WOW!

Excellent service. Heknew what he was doing. Originally came out to fix our shower which had no cold water. after he fixed that, we remembered that we wanted a knew faucet for the outside. He replaced that as well. Highly recommend Tarvin Plumbing and would use them again. Already recommended the company to a friend as we were very pleased with the service that we received.

The plumber that came out was courteous and he seems he knew what he was doing. He’s a nice guy. He was quick. The price is average.

I called Tarvin first thing Monday morning to see about getting a gas line run for a new stove. The girl explained they have two different ways to schedule an appointment. 1) Choose a day and they will be out first thing around 830am. Or 2) give them your schedule over the next few days and if they finish a job and can fit you they'll call and see if that works for you. Well I work 8am-430pm Monday to Friday, and apparently those are their only service hours. Luckily, I was off work on Tuesday and asked if there was anyway they could fit me in on one days notice and they said they would try. I got a call around 10:30am Tuesday saying they could be there in 30 minutes. Perfect! The guy showed up, installed everything for the gas line from the basement to the new stove and was finished within an hour and a half. I wasn't super impressed with their price, it seemed a little high to me, but I've never had this type of work done before, so it might be right in line for the industry. It was $80 for parts and $180 for labor. But the guy was already there, and I hate having to schedule stuff like this, so maybe I paid for the convenience of not having to look for someone else and get quotes, etc. I was glad they were able to accommodate my schedule.

It went fantastic. They came out the day I called them. I can't say enough good things about them. I will always call them in the future for plumbing needs.

The disposal cost $233.00 and the installation was around $100.00 The job went very well and the disposal works great. The plumber put it in more quickly than I could dream it would be done---45 minutes. I am very happy with the job.

I used Tarvin awhile ago to clean my kitchen drain. I talked to the plumber then about my pressure regulator. I called on Mon. with an Angies list deal. They called me back on Wed. and asked if I was available around 10:00. Joe arrived right on time and we talked about what was wanted and needed.He went right to work. Very friendly. Very professional and very polite. Replaced pressure regulator and installed expansion tank and replaced relief valve on water heater. Joe cleaned up the mismash of pipes and valves and made some order out of it. I have used Tarvin twice now and both times have been exceptional. I will always use then again and let others know also.

I found Tarvin to be punctual, courteous, and very knowledgable. They explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it very efficiently. I certainly use them again.
