With out question,, I would call again. Called mid-day on a Saturday and Dave returned my call right away. He was congenial. thorough, professional and very neat. He double checked everything to ensure the problem was fixed. Had it not been for Angie's list, I would not have called. Glad I did

The plumber was professional, courteous and punctual. Communication throughout the process was great, as I was kept informed of the progress and any issues that presented themselves. The work was done in a timely fashion, and I have no issues with the experience.

Purchased an Angies list special $90 of work for $60. Install when fine. Because he did not complete the work in the time alloted, it cost me an additional $60 for 15 minutes of work. Thought the additional cost was really high for 15 minutes of work. Seems like they were making up for the discount.

Garbage disposal stopped working on a Tuesday night and we called Tarvin first thing Wednesday morning. They came out mid afternoon on Wed and determined the disposal needed to be replaced. They had a model with them and was able to replace it that day. The plumber was clear about what was wrong and he worked quickly and efficiently. They are a great company to work with in all aspects.

The hot water in my shower wasn’t working. He replaced a valve and took care of the problem, but the cost seemed to be pretty high. He charged for the time it took to go get the part, which is probably typically, I’m just not sure. He was very pleasant

moving the refrigerator my husband broke the copper tubing for the refrigerator that came from the basement, unfortunately it broke off inside the wall. Tavin came out, found the tube, replaced it and re-hooked the ice maker.

The plumbers arrived on time, introduced themselves and conducted themselves in a professional manner. There was a plumber and an apprentice and both seemed to understand my needs and the best way to address the situation. I was presented with options and budgetary costs prior to work commencing. All went well and I have no issues with the work that was done.

At first I was very glad that they could come out. They were easy to get ahold of of and to come out. But when the guy did come out here he really didn't know the thing for the water softener, or the settings on it. We have to get another company in here after them to set it the way it was suppose to be set.

Tarvin plumbing answered our request for service first thing in the morning. We had initially contacted another plumber to the work and after a no show went to Angies List. Tarvin plumbing was very responsive, professional, and fast. Due to this being a rental property their technician even went to pick up keys from our property manager and returned them after the job was complete. I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy provided. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great - arrived on time, pleasant and fast.

A technician was at our house and fixed the pipe within three hours of our initial call. He called to let us know he was on his way. He went in and out a lot of our house a lot into sub-zero temperatures to fix the pipe outside. Every time he made sure the door was closed tightly, and he put on booties every time he entered. We were pleased with the speed of the response and with the service.

The technician was very professional, very helpful, was very good about explaining what unknowns there were, kept me posted as he made his way through the job and discovered what was going on. He took great care to minimize dust/dirt in the kitchen area. He also was very helpful in diagnosing a few other minor plumbing-related problems, and was able to offer quick, low-cost solutions. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me (which most of these service providers seem to do). Additionally, on the day after the job was completed, the toilet that he had worked on was not flushing properly. He walked me through steps to make adjustments on my own, instead of charing me to come out for something minor that I could do myself.

Service representative Ellis was punctual and professional. He first attempted to clear the drain without auger (which would have been the least expensive approach). When that was unsuccessful, he was able to quickly clear the drain with the snake. He was very polite, and was conscientious about keeping the area clean. Service call was a same-day arrival. Very pleased and I would definitely use them again.

Service was fine. He came in and got the problem done and asked if there was anything else he could do. It was a toilet clog and he was really efficient.

It has all gone well and the plumbers have been very friendly.

They listened to request. Looked at facility. Offered quote. Took money and left.

It turned out fine. They charged what they were supposed to. They were here on time, did the work and everything was good.

Tarvin always does quality work. They don't waste time and get things finished correctly. They saved us $$ because we were told sewer line was blocked but they came out and said it was fine.

Work was performed as promised and remains perfectly functional as of late January through several cold snaps.

Everything went really well and we are quite happy with the work they did. I would use them again.
