Both service pros were great. They not only demonstrated a high sense of professionalism they worked efficiently and carefully to reinstall the appliances without damaging the floors. They also wore shoe covers which in my experience is not standard. Mark, the assistant also educated me about different types of faucets since these need to be replaced at some point. We will do business with Tarvin again.

The plumber was punctual and did a great job. When my husband asked if he could get it done in 2 hours, they guy said yes. If he had used a pvc line, it would have been about 2 hours. Instead, he used copper line and it took him 4 hours. His reason for using the copper line was because he didn't have any pvc line in his truck. Everything works great, no leaks, etc. The end result was great. So we can't complain. We have functioning appliances in our basement and we are happy.

It was my first time using them and it went very well. They changed their policy, we have a four family apartment. We called the gas company out for a gas leak. and they refused to put gas to my stove. I called this plumbing company. This time they pressurized the line with air and the last time they used a different technique to see if there was any gas leak. He charged me quite a bit of money it seems like, although we did have a coupon for it. It's fine now, but I had to clean out the burners on the stove to make it work. I'd give them 90% for the first time and 50% for the second time. I know plumbers charge a lot of money. The quality was OK. They said they were busy but, they worked me in. I didn't know if it was working after they were done because, Duke gas wouldn't turn the gas on.

All work was done as stated. Because the new base had to be ordered, new tiles purchased and replaced, and new doors constructed, the work stretched out over several months. But this was stated in advance. I am well pleased with their work.

We discussed all the isues and he got to work. He was fine when i added a leaking sink drain to be replaced. All of the work was completed as requested and the areas were left clean after the repairs. I am not sure of the exat repair date at this time.

Arrived on time, was polite and professional, went straight to work. Cleaned up his mess after the installation was complete and the dishwasher is working perfectly.

Everything went very well. I used an Angie's List coupon for $150.00 worth of services for $100.00 and the bill was a dollar or two less than $150.00 so there were no additional charges over the $100.00 that I spent.

Arrived on time and replaced stopper valve, snaked toilet and told me how to increase flow from the toilet jet to assist in the flushing. I'm happy.

Plumber arrived on time. Was very pleasant. Showed me why I shouldn't use my garbage disposal.

Took time and made sure valve was properly soldered. He made sure to clean up area and was professional. It was a good experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

David was very courteous & professional, but did inform me that t pipes used were too narrow so his declogging equipment could damage the pipes & recommended that I have a video inspection because there definitely was some clogging. He even recommended a company I should call. He answered all of my questions & concerns for which I'm really grateful. His work was clean & efficient.

Each of the three jobs that were performed, were done with excellence by a man named Jim. he was thorough, professional, and didn't waste a minute. I could have paid less and had someone else do the work, but I had tried this in the past with other local "Handymen", and plumbers who did not do the the work correctly. Bottom line: If I had Tarvin do it all the first time, it would have been a lot less money. Also, I will definitely consider them for future projects, and I want to send out Kudos to Jim. He is an outstanding representative for their company.

The technician was very friendly ( I believe his name was Phil) , punctual and efficient with the service. It was easy to schedule an appointment.

Brent called to let me know what time he would arrive. He worked quickly and efficiently. He had to run back to the warehouse to get a part and was sure to let me know I would not be charged for that time. He asked me my preference when there was an option to save a little money on the project. Brent was courteous and professional and did a great job.

The work was very good, and when we had a problem with our garbage disposal afterwards (a connection had come loose during the plumbing work), they sent an electrician to fix it immediately at their expense. They aren't cheap, but they are very professional and give excellent customer service.

From start to finish very professional. Maintained timeline. High quality craftsmanship. Knowledgeable staff and installers. High quality product. Highly recommend, a pleasure to work with, we will use them again.

The plumber used a snake machine to unclog the drain, he had extra time and also fixed my toilet from not flushin correctly. He let me know which coupon on Angie's list would be most benificial

This was second time I had Tarvin come into do plumbing work. I chose them because they are so professional and do a great job. This was no exception to that. I think that Tarvin can be a little high priced but the quality of the work makes it worth the extra cost.

The two Tarvin representatives sent to my home were very informative, polite, professional - and efficient. They quickly began work and, when the job was done, cleaned their equipment to avoid drips on the nearby carpeted area, swept the area where they had been working, asked me if I had any questions, and departed. It was okay. They came in and decided there was nothing they could do. They didn't really solve the problem. My husband ended up having to fix it himself. He was very patient with my calling, my husband and back and forth. He made a suggestion on some parts that we need to order. When they came in, my husband felt like he could them in himself. They were helpful, it's just a lot of money for them not actually finishing the work. He was fine. He did what he could, I guess. The particular man was very patient.
