I feel this is a good price for cell service. I purchased my own phone, and don't pay costly fees for a phone from them. I rarely lose service, and I am overall happy with my choice to use TMobile.

I do everything online. They’re a good company and they were the cheapest. The other companies are pretty expensive. My plan with them is unlimited calling and texts. When I go online, it does not take a while to load. It’s a good service. I get lost calls sometimes.

Horrible experience with T-mobile. Never had good coverage with them. The phones always break. Service is slow. So when I finally decide to leave them I follow THIER instructions and wait until my contract expiration (June 10th) I go to AT&T and have the number transferred over upon T-mobile's instruction. Then I am shocked to discover on my last bill that I was charged for a full month of service even though the phone was only in operation from 6/3 to 6/10. UNBELIEVABLE. How could I have cancelled any earlier if my contract date was the tenth!? Upon calling T-mobile customer care I was informed that this was in their terms of service and nothing could be done. I am glad I got away from T-mobile. They will find a way to nickel and dime you any way that they can, even after you already left!

They usually send a bill and we are tired of talking to them. Their prices are outstanding but the promo’s that we get are below average. We have unlimited everything on our phone like unlimited text, phone calls and internet. We have four phone but we pay a minimal amount. The quality of phone in our case is very poor. We have never liked any of the cell phones from them to be honest. We have used other services but with them I can’t talk without breaking up on the phone. They do what they can do.

We're actually thinking of changing carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon. The mobile service is fine but, the customer service is poor. Any time I've called in I've experienced multiple transfers, long hold times and unprofessional handling of issues. Due to the multiple transfers and interactions with different customer service agents I ended up with three separate accounts. All three bills were mailed to my house and when I called in they told me I owed money on all three separate accounts. They couldn't tell me why there were three accounts and it took about three hours to get the two accounts closed and the problem resolved. I would contiue to use them if they could figure out their customer service issue.

I have been happy with them; everything is just fine. The most frustrating thing is the answering service when you call up because you have to push this button for this and that button for that. That is just about everyone these days, though. They always answer my questions and they give me the phone that I like. I haven't shopped around in years, but I think the price is fine. I am pretty happy with my plan because it seems to take care of my husband and me. They responded really well when I was having trouble with my router.

I had a great plan, but had phone problems which started everything. I had problems with my razor phone; T-mobile sent me a re-furbished phone immediately I started having problems with that phone. Finally they sent me a new phone, but said that they had never received the 2nd phone I sent back in. They billed me for the phone and I had problems with customer service to get the phone taken off my bill.

I never run out of minutes. It's not unlimited but it might as well be. It's been an all right experience -- not great, but not terrible. They recently added a tower in my neighborhood, so that's good. I get a lot better reception. Customer service is fine -- not great, not terrible.

We love T-Mobile service. We've had very few dropped calls if any, and actually get strong service both in our home and in downtown Chicago, which we couldn't get with our previous carrier. Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself, but we've had no problems, have had great service and get a bunch of minutes for the money.

I spend two-hundred dollars a year. They have been very good for the most part. I have been using them for at least three years. I do not have any complaints about them.

It works fine, but we find weird gaps in service. Downtown Glen Ellyn, never works on our phones, neither did they work in our house in the middle of Lombard when we lived there. There was also a big gap in the supposed service area, in Rockford IL. Trouble is, I'm not sure the last one we had was any better.
