Excellent service; quality work; very fair price.  Would use them again in a heartbreat!

Each screen was damaged (animal chew holes) and one had a bent frame.  One of damaged screens had "critter proof" (clearly NOT) screen installed.  They could have just replaced it, but instead called to see if we really wanted that more expensive (but ineffective) screening again.  We didn't, of course.  The bent frame is perfect again and each screen is perfect..  They are a breath of fresh air in a Cinti service industry where we have previously experienced poor service and shockingly high prices.

Arrived on time and measured window.  several days later the glass was replaced and window re-installed in less than an hour.  Clean and professional.  Would definitely higher again.

Provider was responsive initially and came out to measure the windows in a timely fashion. I was notified and given an estimate about a week later. I accepted the estimate and was told the windows would be in in four to five days. After two weeks or so, I contacted provider and asked about the status of my windows. It turns out that the order had not been made because it was in a no-estimate-provided file or some such thing. Once the order was sent through, it was about another week before actual replacement of the windows was scheduled.

Overall, except for the order glitch, provider was courteous and professional. I would use this provider again because he did a good job.

When we moved into our new home the home inspection found two of our front window panes had large cracks in them. We called Suburban Glass to get a quote on replacing the cracked panes. Scott was extremely prompt with his quote and repair work. He was very professional and left the dining room spotless when the job was finished. We would highly recommend Suburban Glass and will absolutely use them again when we need glass, screen, or mirror work for our home. We found their prices to be very reasonable for the job.
On a previous occasion we used Suburban Glass to cut a new tinted glass table-top for our outdoor dining set that shattered during a wind storm. The new table-top Suburban Glass made for us was identical to our old table and was a perfect fit. The table top was ready and delivered within a week, as promised.

After the glass plant broke one of the parts and Scott got the glass at the shop everything went great! Ken and Scott both were on site and did a great job.

Excellent! I called to set up a time for someone to come out to look at my window. Someone was able to come out that afternoon. He gave me a quote on the spot. I thought the the price was very reasonable and said yes. They had the glass in stock and was able to do the replacement within a couple days. The installer arrived as scheduled, removed the broken glass, installed the new glass and cleaned up and took away all debris. Quick, easy. Great job. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely use them again.

I talked to Scott on the phone and received an estimate for the repair. I took it in and he confirmed the estimate. He told me they were a bit backed up and it might take a week to get it completed. It was ready 3 days later. In addition they removed the picture-wire type hanger on the back and replaced it with 2 hooks so that it would be safer to hang. They don't take credit cards but I was happy to pay with a check.

I had called a bath design place in Loveland because they were listed as my closest Basco distributor, but they wanted me to do my own measurements, bring them in and pay in full before the glass was even ordered and then told me that they would deal with any measurement problems after the fact, so I ran like heck the other way and found Suburban Glass on Angies List. I called and set up an appointment to have Suburban Glass come out and measure and give me an estimate within the week, but Ken called the next day and told me he had time and could come out if I was available that day. Ken came out and did the measurements and went back to the office to come up with some quotes on different levels of enclosures. Ken really worked with me to stay within our budget and yet still get the look that we wanted. We had to go with a framed shower because of cost, but they were able to do a glass to glass corner since this is the first thing that you see when you walk in the bathroom and I didn't want a big metal corner. All of Ken's quotes were about half that of the bathroom place in Loveland and he even gave me the option of buying a bottle of glass protector for about $25 and treating the glass myself instead of paying closer to $200 to have Basco do it, or paying approximately $125 for Suburban Glass to do it. I did it myself and it worked great! After placing my order, the shower enclosure was installed two weeks later at which time I paid for it (check only, no credit cards) and we absolutely love it! It's exactly what I wanted and the metal frame is actually thinner than I expected from looking at the Basco website. Ken really listened to what I wanted and gave it to me at a great price.

Scott came over & measured & gave me a written estimate. He was very personable, & said that if I got another written estimate that was lower, they would meet that price. I thought their price was fair, & hired them for the job. It took a little less than a week to get my mirrors. They called the weekend before to say they would be delivering on Monday. We set a time for delivery, & they arrived on time. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The company called to confirm the appointment and the technician arrived on time. The job was finished in less than thirty minutes. Very nice and professional.
