Description of Work: I was stuck with a bill of an extra 330 of top of the certificate. I don't think I saved even a nickel much less the 89 credit I was supposed to get. I won't ever buy another one of these for any company here.

Description of Work: Steigerwald came out to look at hot water heater that was leaking. they were sent by our home warranty company. Two other professionals had misdiagnosed the leak. Steigerwald was the only company that diagnosed the leak correctly, the leak was coming from the high-efficiency furnace tubing, not the hot water heater. I thought the Steigerwald rep was very knowledgeable. he was also honest, didn't charge the $60 fee, said that it should be paid to heating company.
