I contacted Stan for an estimate to replace my crumbling front porch and porch supports.  Stan was there on the dot for my appointment and talked to me at length about my options for a total replacement to a pillar replacement only.  Two days later he submitted a written estimate. Within a week, we had signed the contract and work would have started immediately if it would have stopped raining.  As soon as there was a break in the weather, the crew showed up and began work on my porch.   The crew was very diligent and didn't even hurt my rose bush which I had neglected to move!  I thought the poor thing would be trampled but they didn't touch it.   They cleaned up every night and quickly completed the job once the weather co-operated.   From the other estimates I had, SBC was about the average cost for the work involved.  The crew leader called twice to see if I had any questions and to ask how pleased I was with the progress.  All in all, I was very happy with their responsiveness and the outcome.

Helpful in understanding what they were doing. The report they produced was clear and precise The photos were explanatory, and overall a good experience.
