The first time he did work for us, he used the wrong kind of caulk on our bathroom floor. It never dried, so my husband had to take it out and caulk it himself.

I left two messages about a week apart before getting a return call from Steve Miller. He was pleasant, apologized for the delay, saying he had been on vacation. I was told he might be able to come out July 3rd to give me an estimate on replacing the tile in our shower and tub deck area. If not, he said he'd be out the following week. He did not come, nor did he call on the 3rd, and neither did he call or come out the following week. This was very disappointing for two reasons. One, this has delayed our project for at least 2 weeks, because we'll now have to arrange for someone else to give us an estimate. And two, my wife has seen Steve's work, and was impressed. Therefore, we were extremely disappointed not to hear from him.

I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. HE RETURNED MY CALL 2 DAYS LATER. HE WAS PLEASANT, BUT SAID HE COULD NOT HELP US FOR A MONTH AND A HALF.

WORK CREW WAS VERY EFFICIENT, AND DID JOB WITH A MINIMUM OF DISTRUPTION TO NORMAL HOUSEHOLD ACTIVITIES. WERE RECEPTIVE TO MINOR CHANGES AND/OR ADJUSTMENTS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. OFFERED SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE SELECTION OF TILE EASIER. OVERALL, A SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
