Table was unsafe (tipped over when 2 people would sit side by side, ends of screws protruding through wood, etc.) and not repairable d/t leg cuts already too short. Many other issues such as up to 2" gaps between boards, and seats cut up to 8" shorter than table length. Much discussion back and forth resulted in many excuses and refusal of refund. Have record of all text and e-mail conversations as well as pictures for documentation.
