Spa Movers

The move went very well, they were able to schedule the move quickly and were out early on Saturday to move the hot tub.  They treated it with care and we had no issues.  I would recommend highly to anyone needing their hot tub delivered/moved.

They are the only company in town who will move hot tubs. There were no troubles with the work and they did everything I had asked of them. They did a good job.

They were very accommodating, picked up spa on a 24 hour notice of it's arrival. Very punctual and professional.

The company gave us an initial estimate of $250 to remove the hot tub and take it away. They scheduled the work to be performed on June 1, and the workers arrived on time. After looking at the actual placement and size of the hot tub, the workers called their boss and advised that they thought more workers were needed. I spoke with the company owner and he indicated he thought additional workers were needed based on what they had told him, and therefore, they would have to reschedule for the following day. Because of the additional employees needed, the estimate was revised to $300. This was acceptable to us. The crew arrived the next day and completed the work quickly.

Fabulous! While a littl pricier than I had planned, their responsiveness was fabulous, professionalism was stellar. They were on time and did exactly what they said that they were going to do!

Best price of any movers, not many will even handle a hot tub/spa.They were quick to respond to my call and also open to do the job when ever I was ready.The movers were on time and did the job without any problems.

Move went well. The guys were on time. The crew they sent were young and not exactly professional looking, but they were all very courteous. Loaded up our hot tub in 20 minutes. Followed my car down to northern KY. Spent about 45 minutes moving my mother in law's broken hot tub out of the way and putting ours in its place. They then drove off with the old broken hot tub to dispose of.

He is the one in our area for SPA moving services. The quote process was good, but, expensive. We have not moved as yet. I might use their services in future, when I decide to move.

I spoke by phone with Todd Luckett and Rhonda and they quoted a firm price to move the spa from one location to another. They asked several questions to find out the clearance and height at both locations, so they would anticipate any problems. Todd and especially Rhonda are very professional and customer friendly on the phone. On the arranged date, three employees moved a very large hot tub (92 inch square spa) from an outside deck onto their flatbed truck, and unloaded it at the desired location onto a concrete pad. Service included unhooking the electric connection, but does not include re-attaching the electric at a new location.

It had to go up on a deck and over a railing so they had to get a crane company to help them which cost an extra $310. Rhonda was very polite and professional. Other companies wanted us to take our deck apart but this company was able to get it done how we wanted. Spa Movers kept in touch with me all the time. They were even there before they said they would be. I would recommend them to anyone.
