Pool and Spa Servicing
We initially bought our hot tub from Spa Gallery back in 2004. The showroom has since gone out of business [victim of the recession]. These guys were great and I'd have given them an AAA++++ rating.
Since they closed the showroom they sold their phone number to a former employee who does repairs [Mike McCoy].
I have swapped phone messages with this guy since July 8th [3 months] and he has never follow-up on his commitment to repair our tub. After speaking with Sundance Spas's they stated this company/person are no longer approved to service their equipment.
Totally wasted the last 3 months and at least a dozen phone calls.
