SMOOTH MOVE

Awful. He lied and took my money. Tony Stringfellow the owner insisted that I pay him with a check before he completed the contracted job. He cashed the check that day then never returned to complete the job. He left me having to pay another company to complete the job. He had uninsured workers and he refused to give me a copy of the contract. Job was poorly done and not completed at a time that I needed to move out of the home I was in. It cost me 2,500. More to move.

It turned out horrible.  He scratched up my washer and dryer & my stainless steel fridge.  My white leather furniture was black.  He tore up my door wells when putting the furniture in the rooms.  He didn’t use the pads to make sure this didn’t happen.  I called him and he said he would come out and look at it.  The day he called I missed his call, and when I tried to call back, he would not answer.  The workers were professional, but the owner wasn’t involved in the move at all.   I would never use him again nor recommend him to others.

I have used them a number of times over the years. They specialize in moving pianos and other large, delicate items, They are very professional, timely and reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.
