Pricing is not at all transparent. They raised price on me multiple times, at first even claiming I didn't pay in full when in fact I paid $3,269 for repair of sewer line elbow. Since I paid in cash, and they had to come back to finish the job, they claimed I still owed. They didn't have records of how much I actually paid, when I kept asking them. I finally came to agreement with owner to complete job for another $175. Plumber came out, but then he insisted on charging me $200 instead of $175, claiming it was "tax", although that wasn't agreement we previously had. Bottom line, I would not use them again nor recommend them. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. Their pricing is extremely vague and they just raise the price claiming it's due to tax, though you can't seem to get to the math to work out how they are calculating the tax.
