Real Estate Auctions
Some assets were appraised at MORE than what they cost to buy new, even though some were several years old.
He grouped multiple assets of the same kind together and gave them all the same value even though they were very different in age.
There were misspelings and other typos in the report.
The condition was not confirmed with the company mechanic before it was evaluated.
The appraiser, Barry, seemed to only know how to look up values in a book. He seemed to not have enough knowledge of the equipment in order to use good judgment. He miss referenced the name of the asset in his valuation books and that is probably why he valued some assets for more than they cost to buy new.
