The experience could not be WORSE. These guys did not come over quickly to help prevent damage. Once they finally arrived they were unprofessional. I had little choice to use them due to my insurance company not having anyone else on their list for me to use. They never shared the cost with me- only told me to work through the insurance company. I called insurance daily and then bi-weekly for FIVE MONTHS which NEVER did receive the estimate before starting work NOR the invoice. When I FINALLY received the invoice more than SIX months later the cost was extremely high. I could have done the work myself by renting dryers from Home Depot or Lowes. They were never on-time. They would not move any furniture. All they did was put dryers down. I had to move the dryers around the different parts of the basement myself. The workers were well aware of my dissatisfaction. When they left for the final time they even told me they wish I felt better about the work but never apologized. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. I've never written a poor review in my life but if this experience can be avoided at any rate for absolutely anyone, it is worth it.

Steve Laib was quick to come out and look around, said he'd have an estimate to us soon, and took our check and cashed it promptly. Then, silence. I called twice and left messages, but no one even had the courtesy to return my calls, much less cough up the estimate we had paid for. Finally, my husband called the main company number to complain, and Laib sent an estimate that didn't even include all of what we had discussed (I suspect after FIVE WEEKS he had forgotten the job). Honestly, I was hoping my husband would demand our payment back because we had since found someone else to do the work. But, as he pointed out, they said up front that the deposit was non-refundable, and I guess not following through once they get your check is part of their game.

They came and cleaned it up, but they were very good. They were here every day, including weekends until the area was properly dries. They put the heavy fans in here to dry too. They made sure the work was finished when the moisture meter said so. I think the price was reasonable for the number of times they came out and the use of the heavy equipment that they had to haul up and down the steps.

Their technicians were outstanding, providing emotional reassurance as well as practical support. They returned every day, as promised, to monitor their fans and dehumidifiers during the water damage cleanup. They then arranged for their own in-house painter to come and fix the open wall (drywall, etc.). All of this was done in the span of about a week. We were very impressed.

Chuck returned our call immediately and had a crew on site within 2 hours. Due to his swift service, our carpet and drywall were salvaged even though there was a significant amount of water in the basement. Chuck worked with our insurance company directly to lift some burden off of our family. This can throw you out of sync. We were able to concentrate on what we needed too. His staff were professional and courteous. Chuck assured me the basement would look the same as it did before the sump pump failure and he delivered. I would highly recommend using his services for any water restoration issue you may find yourself dealing with. Thanks Chuck!

Horrible- after the first night where 3 people showed up lifted the carpet, and brought in dehumidifiers we were told certain things would be done the next day- remove baseboards, check drywall etc. I asked for an estimate that night and was told they "did not have a measuring tape." The next day I was given a time to be home & they showed up 3 hours late. When I inquired about the estimate I was told they were not set up to do estimates. "That is the nature of the beast with water removal." On the third day I received an estimate for $2900.00 dollars that included several outrageous charges- $100.00 set up equipment charge for equipment fans& dehumidifiers that they charged $1248.00 to rent to me. When I called to tell them to come pick up the equipment I was told I would have to have a check or cash for the full amount and that I was being unreasonable. The job was not done as promised and now I know why an estimate was not provided in a timely manner.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE ME MY MONEY'S WORTH. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING THEY DID NOT DO, AND I APPRECIATE THAT BECAUSE IT IS AN AREA OF FEAR THAT YOU WILL PAY ANYTHING FOR A COMPANY TO FIX THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT.

THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW IN RETURNING CALLS. THEY WERE VERY THROUGH IN THE ESTIMATE. TOOK AN EXTRA DAY TO CALL BACK WITH THE ESTIMATE. THE COMPANY WAS NOT ABLE TO HANDLE MY JOB. I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED.
