Concrete Leveling
$3,000
He did not do several things that were on the estimate/contract, and was very unprofessional. He did not seal the new concrete, so it is discolored. Less than 3 years later, the driveway is cracking and spalling. The concrete was guaranteed for ten years against "spaulding" (sic).

Called to get the wall cracks sealed.  Phil had to come out 4 or 5 times, during the drying process and reapplication as necessary, but it did seal the walls.

Their customer service and responsiveness up to the time of, and during, the work was great. After the work, it was not so good. We were doing the project in two stages; they did the initial foundation repair, and because they had to dig up a portion of the backyard, they were to come back and do some cleanup, grading and drainage work for me. Since then, I?ve not yet gotten them back here to work. They are pleading that they have scheduling problems but I think they just don?t want to do the work. This cleanup and drainage work is worth about $800 to $1000, and I think they?d rather do the big stuff and not come back and do the little stuff. We?d talked about a couple of other projects too. I had some concrete work to be done, like a new patio that I wanted them to pour, and they were going to give me an estimate on that. I?m not willing to work with them on the patio if they?re not going to finish the original work.
