These were two sterling rings I purchased elsewhere and both needed to be enlarged.  They helped me find the correct sizes and completed the work within less than a week.  I thought the cost was very reasonable for two rings.  I'm a fan.

My husband and I have depended on Schwartz Jewelers for many years. They are honorable, knowledgeable and fair. This store has been in one family for at least three generations. You can trust their knowledge of gemstones as they are GIA certified and trained. They replaced 2 vertical onyx stones in a ring that my son owned. There were four original stones and two had cracked. They had new stones cut to replace the cracked stones and the ring looked like new. They have fixed many things for me, all well done. I had a lovely one of a kind ring designed there at one time-beautiful craftsmanship and quality work. They are helpful and creative when it comes to design. I think trust is the key word for these folks. I trust them to be fair and honest with me. I like the fact that they treat anything that you bring in jewelery wise for repair or assessment with respect and care knowing the emotional attachment that many have for their jewelry items. You can go in and just browse their wonderful and interesting store. They are always friendly. It is well worth the drive to College Hill to do business with these nice people.

A few months ago my wedding ring and ring jacket had to be cut off my hand because they got locked onto my finger. I had hopes that I could get it repaired and took it to Schwartz to get their advice. I honestly forgot I had it insured he suggested to send the estimate to get the ring fixed to them first and see what they might cover.
After taking care of that, we discussed what would be the best possible route. Get the ring fixed..which had substansial damage..or design something new. My damaged ring was very dainty, however, my lifestyle is not. After much thought I decided to get something new that would serve me better.
Marty took the time to show me as many ring sets as I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and when I started stepping into the realm of spending more than my original budget he let me know. He took the time to show me several diamond options as well. In the end, I got the PERFECT ring and I love it even more than my original.
I cannot recommend this small business enough. I will never go anywhere else.

That was an insurance company claim so I worked with them on that. They helped me to on how to talk to the insurance suggester and things like that. They worked with the insurance suggester. I ended up buying my wedding ring from them. It's a locally owned company. They are very service oriented. They want to please their customers so they are glad to do that. I stopped there couple of different times after my job. They showed and offered to take a diamond ring home to show my husband. They are pretty trustworthy. My husband and I are very pleased with them. I love my ring. They went out of their way. When I went there, they always made sure that I saw Mr. Schwartz. I would rate them all A's. I would absolutely use them in the future.

My wife and I visited six jewelers trying to find a ring that is different from all others. Of the six jewelers we met with, Schwartz provided better selection, service, friendliness, and patience than all others combined..

THE DIAMOND IN MY ENGAGEMENT RING FELL OUT. THEY RESET IT AND FIXED THE PRONGS, WHICH HAD BENT. I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED SEVERAL PIECES OF JEWELRY THERE. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND IN MY OPINION GIVE A GOOD PRICE. I HAVE EVEN HAD THEM REOPEN THE STORE AT CLOSING TIME SO I COULD TAKE A LOOK!
