The gentleman who showed up was professionally dressed and wore booties to make sure he did not soil the inside of the home when checking the unit. Discussed the problem and quickly showed me the item that needed to be replaced. He also told me that once he charged the system he would have a final price. He estimated off the top of his head a higher price and then came lower as it did not take as much coolant as he thought it would. Now that's honesty, because I would have never known the difference. Thanks for recommending them and they exceeded my expectations

Technician, Scott M. arrived on time, was pleasant and informative. Performed all needed tasks.

We were not too impressed with them. They were punctual, and came out and did the service. We had to have someone else come out and redo it. They also told us there were these problems that didn’t exist with the unit. They also unhooked something and they didn’t reconnect it. They tired to up sell us for additional services that we didn’t need. We also had to have another vender come back to reconnect the part they forgot to put back.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. We had a follow up call within 3 days to make sure that his people did the job.

Schneller arrived on time. The install went great, no mess, no fuss, no bothersome upselling. The new furnace works great. I have worked with the owners of this company, the Knochelmanns, for many years. They always do a great job. the employees are all courteous. The prices are reasonable, not the least expensive, but they always do a high quality job the first time around, and that is certainly worth a little extra.

I have used Schneller many times. They most recently came out for my AC checkup this year. They did a great job tuning up the system and now it works much better than before. I have had them also install a house humidifier this past year.

The technician checked the interior and exterior system controls and filters. Stated that my electric air cleaner was not operating at max efficiency. I knew this and e offered a chance to replace the old system with a new one or I could go to a high efficiency box filter or put the old system back in. I oped for the box filter, and I am pleased with the choice and the workmanship that was shown by this company and the individual technician Nick.

I have used Schneller on my furnace and now on my air conditioner. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I have been impressed with their responsiveness.

They are great. I am very impressed with these people. I had an air conditioner guy out and I had a service repair guy there in an hour. The price was cheaper, because I have a maintenance contract with them.

The representative was very professional and timely. He was here at the house for quite a while and was very thorough in his work. He explained a small problem he found and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. The entire experience was one of the most professional I've ever had with any kind of home maintenance company.

Pretty well!! We did think it was a lot more than we expected to pay but they did apply the money we paid thru Angies List to the bill. It was still $334, but he was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We assume that freon recharging is expensive no matter who we'd have gone with, and we were very happy with the service. If we had to complain about anything, it is that we purchased the voucher to have our unit cleaned/inspected but were told we'd have to wait several weeks before anyone could get out to us, as they were very busy. When we said, Ok, then we will take a recharge (we knew it was low anyway), they sent someone right out. Just wondering.

They were great! I call them again. Gave me a fair price and I bought the annual maintenance contract.

The serviceman did a great job. We were very satisfied with his work. Our air conditioner ran better after the servicing. He has a great rapport with his customers. We also had follow up calls from Schneller to make sure the work was done right. We are every impressed with this company.

Great professional service. He even put on foot covers when he came inside. He checked everything out and saw thee pressure was running high. Apparently my bushes were too close to the out side unit. Provided me very useful info on replacement when that would be needed a few years out. I will use them again. Highly recommend the company.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it worked out real nice. They showed up on time and were professional with it. They called us and we made an appointment. They came out when we both could do it. They also came out and looked out the furnace three months after the install. They are going to come out and look at it again, so they are easy to do business with and are really good.

Schneller Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing were really good. The work was as promised. Basically, they did that and then they gave my husband some advice of what kind of filters to buy. If you buy the cheap filters and change them once a month, they actually work better.

They are a wonderful company. Our air conditioner had gone out and we were not sure whether we needed to replace everything anyway they came out a lot of time helping me understand what the situation was and what my options were and gave me different price points to move forward on whatever decisions we decided on. We ended up replacing both the furnace and the air handlers, both the heating and air conditioners with a brand new system. The owner Kris Knochelmann is probably the most ethical person that we have ever met. His family has been in the heating and air conditioning business for many years. He took over father’s business and purchased the Schneller Company. All his service people are good and they all will tell you that if you don’t need something replaced do not do it. The fact that he was more interested in being straight with us in telling us his honest opinion rather than make quick buck impressed us. We feel very comfortable with them, with their company of high integrity and we are happy to do business with them and recommend to other people which I have done. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends already.

We did it a year ago and we're ready to have them come out again. They were very good. We had dealt with them before when they were Knochelmann and it's very good to find them again.

Kevin serviced the A/C and furnace and pointed out some items for future concern. Everything went very well.
