They were good. They did something extra.

The Schneller technician was friendly and efficient in checking and charging the AC system. We asked him about the electrostatic air filter that was causing obvious ozone problems. He recommended a system that used a charged system that would present the ozone problem and would be very efficient. The base price was very reasonable and the cost of the filters was much lower than I had expected. So he removed the old and installed the new in a very short time. I also purchased a maintenance agreement for the following year. It may seem like a fast sell but I have had extended experience with the Knochelmann family including a $20K bathroom remodeling when they worked under another company name. They have always given great value and service to us.

The technician arrived on-time. He used booties over his shoes every time he came in and out of the house. He was very polite and professional.

Very professional employee came and conducted a tune up and cleaning of my A/C unit. Provided insight into what he was doing and completed the work in a timely manner and neatly. Would definitely use again.

They did a great job. Took their time and did not rush. Plus they did not walk in the house with dirty shoes.

They called and let me know when they were coming. He was prompt in showing up and stayed to the business at hand. He let me know what he was doing and what he was finding. Overall, it was quick and easy, and he was on his way once finished.

We never had experience with this company before. We purchased an "Angie's List Big Deal" to get both our AC and Furnace "tuned up" for $55 each. (At the time we ordered it. early September, daily temps were averaging around 85-90 degrees.) The Company contacted us very promptly - the first business morning after placing the order thru Angie's List - and the service rep was very professional and friendly. We were able to schedule for our 2nd-request date/time, and were told that the tech would call when he was on his way. Sure enough, he did as promised. The morning he arrived, it was chilly - barely 60 degrees - so he told us that it wasn't a good day to really test the AC; would be best if it were warmer outside to truly test the system. Totally understand that - and we've heard that before from previous providers so it wasn't out of the ordinary. While inspecting our furnace, he said it was very dirty - not surprising since we have 2 long-haired dogs & we open our windows as often as possible....and, ummm, admit we haven't had our furnace checked for 2 years. After showing us the icky dinginess of our blower & fan, he suggested applying our other $55 toward a spring AC check - i.e. putting us on a "Periodic Maintenance Agreement", which in turn would give us a break on the cost of thoroughly cleaning the blower & fan After we approved that, he took our blower and fan out in the backyard and completely cleaned them with a hose (which he brought himself - didn't require us hauling our own out of the garage), tested everything, and accepted Amex for the $75 payment for the extra work of cleaning the blower & fan. He suggested a whole-house humidifier but didn't push it uncomfortably. He was here for a good 2 hours, did a thorough job, left the area as clean as it was when he arrived...and at the end, we got an emailed receipt almost immediately with a thorough review of what he did while here. GREAT experience with this company! Will definitely use them again.

They did rush the request, so a technician was present within 2 days of my calling. The technician was polite. However, quickly had difficulty opening the air handler in the basement because his battery powered drill had ran out of battery. He borrowed mine to open it up. Then, he observed that the A coils had excessive ice on them. He then checked pressure on the air system and saw it was under pressured. The cost to fill up the system was going to be about $100. My assumption was that the A-Coils were physically dirty, not that it was low on refrigerant. Since I have a home warranty (just purchased the property) I declined any actual servicing, and used my home warranty company.

Punctual and professional. Answered all questions thoroughly. I liked that they spent a lot of time explaining what should be done, why and how they do it. Results of maintenance were clearly visible - the ACs were not serviced for a while, and the cleaning was apparent. Would gladly use these guys again.

Felt pressured to replace my furnace when all I wanted was a tune-up.

Guy showed up on time and did the work competently and professionally. He answered all questions I had and was very pleasant.

They were great. Kevin came out and explained what he was doing in great detail. He answered any questions that I had. They are very professional, and they also give you a follow up call after service.

They were booked for about a month ahead of time, but when the technician came out he did the job professionally and courteously. He noted that the coolant was low in the air conditioner, so I ended up spending a little more than planned to have that added.

My system went out on a Saturday in the middle of our first heat wave here in Cincinnati. I called several service companies leaving messages and along with "they will call you back". Well Schneller not only called back but said they will be out. Being Saturday, I had expected only a call to set a services date for the upcoming week. So, you can imagine how pleased I was when their tech, Kevin, came. He was very professional and courteous and found I had a defective thermostat that needed replacing. I had a programmable heat pump unit which he did not have. He replaced with a nonprogrammable to get my system on and set a later date to switch out. As hot and humid as it was, I was satisfied. I should also add, he respected your home with foot covering as he entered. I will give this company and Kevin a high praise. He offered two additional seasonal service inspections, which I will need, at a good value so I took it. Since I service my vehicles to keep them in good condition, that should definitely be the same to maintain my home heating and cooling system.

They did a great job. They were thorough and quick to have the job completed.

Very nice and professional company. When we had our estimate, one of the owners of the company came out to do our estimate and was very thorough and honest. We are in the process of updating several aspects of our home and gave us some advice on our other projects as well. On the day of the installation, the installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They made sure everything worked properly before they left. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely use them again in the future.

I bought an Angie's List deal, so it was less expensive than their regular price (I think it's around $190). The technician was very friendly, and I appreciated that when I opened his door he introduced himself, shook my hand, and handed me his business card. Upon entering my home he immediately put shoe covers on. I appreciated the respect for myself and my home. He was able to recommend different options for disposable filters when I requested it, and we ended up ordering something that would work for us. I will use Schneller next time we service our units.

Mostly went fine but technician put the door in too close to another area and it is difficult to get off.

I called for someone to answer and talked with receptionist on Sunday and she said they would call at 830 monday morning---never called back to either number

It went very well. He was on time, courteous, professional. At the end of the appointment, he reviewed what he did and offered a service plan that had a special price for Angie's List members. I signed-up because of the quality of service.

I did get a call back from them and we got a quote from them. They were also very good to work with. I got a very competitive quote and they worked primarily with train and I was downsizing from a large home to a town home and we ended up going with another vendor who was a little bit more expensive. The gentleman was prompt in calling me back. He listened to everything I wanted and was able to put a quote together and sent it to me via email and knew exactly what I was looking for like the dimensions of location. I was very happy. He was coming from Northern side and it was an hour away from me so that was the only down side.

It worked out just fine. They did charge me more, but they honored that deal. They went ahead and credit it.

They were very good. They went down in the basement and left in 30 minutes and everything worked fine after that.
