Inspected our furnace for performance and basic maintenance. Very thorough, took his time and gave a complete report.

I took advantage of the special for a furnace cleaning and plan to have them return for a needed repair at a later date. The technician answered all of my questions. He was prompt, efficient and very personable.

It went really well! The furnace is older but we still do this every year hoping to get another one. THey came within in the window they quoted. He is very thorough and was polite and professional and attentive to our needs. He took a little longer than others, but I believe it was due to his attentiveness to the work being done! I would recommend them! He also put my furace filter in.

I purchased a big deal from Schneller and was promptly contacted to schedule the service. Due to scheduling conflicts, I had to have the big deal refunded. I would use Schneller in the future.

Sales person was professional and very knowledgable and gave several options. Installation was available in just 3 days from signing contract. Installation team was professional and kept area cleaned up. Even put down carpet runners to protect all of our flooring that they were walking across - even the stairs!

Mick Yost serviced our furnace about a week ago and did an outstanding job. At the time he mentioned that we might consider a whole house humidifier since our house gets very dry in the winter. We discussed price and I went ahead and scheduled the installation appointment which was today. I received a reminder call last night from Schneller, then this morning Mick called me to let me know his time of arrival. He arrived promptly, did the installation and it is complete. I am very happy with the service. Before leaving he walked me through the installation and how to maintain the system. Mick came across as a true professional. His work was prompt and clean. Great job!!!

Provider was thorough and answered all questions honestly and without hesitation. They spent over an hour cleaning the unit. They were polite and friendly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They were great. They were very nice and polite. I would use them again. They actually came early.

Had a drain in the basement that clogged. They removed the blockage and were prompt and courteous.

We called Schneller on a Tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 8 and 9. The technician was running late, but the company called to tell us he was stuck behind a wreck. Everything else went very smoothly. He was professional and knowledgeable and we will be using them in the future.

Eric & Pete came over for an estimate. They did a thorough study on the house and gave us 3 options of furnaces to choose from. We had an issue with poor airflow to the upstairs. Pete discovered the root of the problem by carefully measuring & using his pipe inspection camera and a tool to measure the air flow coming out of the vents. Before Schneller, we had two other companies come out for estimates which were chosen because of for their high Angie's ratings, but no one had the expertise or the desire to do the extra work to get a correct diagnosis like Schneller did. They were very professional and friendly, and answered every one of our questions. We felt they genuinely care, and they definitely know their stuff. They did earn our trust. We decided to go ahead and have them replace our old water heater as well. The guys who came in a few days later to do the work were very cautious about protecting everything around them. They worked very diligently, and cleaned up when done. They explained everything they did while installing the system, and they walked us through everything at the end. Their professionalism mirrors that of Eric & Pete. A couple of days later, We received a phone call and a long handwritten note from Eric, and a follow up visit from Pete to make sure the upstairs airflow is improved. I never expected a company to care that much about the job being done right. We felt like we were their family! Although their price was not the very lowest, when we consider all the "extras" they did, we feel it was very fair. We would definitely recommend them to anyone, in fact we already started to do so.

I purchased a coupon for a furnace inspection and tune-up for $55 from Angies List which seemed very reasonable compared to other companies. Technician came within the appointment time frame and was very courteous. He advised that it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours to perform the service. I was very pleased with the purchased service. He advised that I should replace the capacitor for the furnace blower as it was less than the +/- 6% tolerance level (the meter showed 6.8 and -6% would have been 7.05). The cost to replace the capacitor would be $142.00. That seemed kind of high to me and a little suspicious as I had also been told that I needed to replace (which I did not have done) the capacitor on the air conditioner to the tune of over $230 when they did the A/C inspection and tune-up back in the summer. I went ahead and agreed to replace the capacitor on the furnace as I did not want to risk having the blower not working with winter coming up. However, research done on the web, after the fact, revealed that the average cost of the capacitor for my make and model of gas furnace to be less than $20. Removal and replacement of the part probably took all of 2 minutes. Therefore, while I am happy with the overall service itself, I am now wondering if the recommendations to replace the capacitors were a means for them to "make money" on these service calls. I've indicated that I would use them again; but, I'll definitely do some checking around before I ever agree to the replacement of a part again.

Worked great through the whole summer

took way too long to complete. service person did not have parts and didnt seem to know what he was doing. Had to call another technician before completing the job. Cost was very high for what was done, I was very unhappy.

I was given a quote on purchasing a new 40 gallon water heater and the cost of installation including updating and pipes to bring it up to code (the old one was 25 years old). Bobby was the plumber that gave the quote and also did the work including taking away the old water heater. He was courteous and professional and left the basement clean. I asked him to install a valve on a hose pipe and he did this while he was here. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Schneller to anyone.

The technician did excellent work, and followed up later to fix a minor problem at no additional charge.

It was good. They were good, they were professional, did a good job, showed up on time.

I saw 'furnace service check up' coupon with Schneller on either Groupon or Living Social website. I scheduled an appointment and was very impressed with the technician who came out to do the service. He told me the history of the company and I felt that we were dealing with a family owned business who really cares about their customers. He explained that they also do plumbing and was offered a free inspection of all faucets, pipes etc. We haven't taken them up on that yet but since our house is 21 years old, we will probably consider doing that as well.

I purchased a $55 Furnace Tune-up on October 2. I called Schneller AC Heating & Plumbing on October 3 and scheduled the work to be done this morning, October 15. The technician was supposed to arrive between 10AM and 12PM. I didn't hear from the company and no one showed up, so I called them at 12:05 PM. They had no record of my appointment and could not send a technician today. I would like a refund for the price of this deal. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the thorough job they did. Measurements were taken, he looked in the attic, we had a lot of conversation about how we used our systems, age of the system, how a new furnace/AC would save us money and how that would be improved with insulation. I asked for a detailed, itemized bid and received just that. Everything was completely spelled out and they didn't recommend going with the most expensive option so I feel they were working very hard to do what is right for us.

It was excellent. He was quite a gentleman. I appreciate him pointing out that I needed a disconnect box. Nobody has ever mentioned that the wiring was incorrect before. Then he noticed that the flue exhaust was bad, I appreciated him pointing that out. I would recommend them.

It went great arrived on time, was neat and cleaned up after the work was complete.

They cleaned and checked the outside unit but the only thing they did on the inside was to check the filter. They didn't check the drain lines or blower motor or anything inside. I have had my A/C checked every year in the past by other companies and this was the most incomplete job I have ever had. Also, the Angie's list coupon said "immediate scheduling available" but I had to wait over six weeks to get an appointment. I will not use this company again.

Technician was fantastic. He never got bored or exasperated, no matter how many questions I asked. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing, what needed cleaning and what should be replaced. It had been seven years since the AC was installed or serviced and he showed us a part that should be replaced. He said it could last a little longer but his recommendation was to replace it now and avoid another service call later when it failed. I will use them again to check the furnace this fall which also has not been serviced for seven years.
