They did a fine job. Something was not working properly after they left, but they came back right away to resolve the issue. Everything has been working fine since. They contacted me first and then I called them to schedule the appointment. The price was very reasonable and I was pleased with the service.

It was fine. It took a while to get it scheduled but it wasn't an urgent matter anyway so that was fine. There are some additional work that we're consider having them do. I also used the opportunity of having them here to talk to them about the heating and cooling generally because we've only had this house for a couple of years. They kind of gave me some advice on what to work on and how to address some issues. The technician that came was patient and went out of his way to be helpful. There is a fine line between explaining things in simple language that people who aren't expert in their field can understand and being condescending. He handled that particularly well. He was never condescending but he always made sure that I understood the information he was giving me.

The service was outstanding with a very thorough cleaning and attention to detail. This is the second time I have used this vendor for a tune-up.

I scheduled an appointment for them to come perform a tune-up and cleaning at one of my rental properties, through Angie's list. It's been extremely hard to get ahold of the company, through phone, e-mail and calling. A day and a half later I give the purchase info to my tenant to follow up on and they say that they wanted to charge a serve charge, in addition to what I've paid (130 for tonight and 85 for tomorrow.) What did I pay for? If the person came out and needed to charge a service charge because something was wrong, why wouldn't they just bill me? I either want a refund or the service performed that I paid for. My tenant doesn't know if she needs to call off work and we keep playing the guessing game. I hope someone can take care of this ASAP.

I used the Angie's list coupon for the furnace tune-up. The young man was very professional and good at explaining. He did not try to sell me anything else-- which I liked.

Switched to this company a few years ago. They have good deals. Seems like they do not have the systems in place as the other big companies (ie Saturday service, phone message system etc), but those aren't required. I would take good deals over that any day of week.

Kevin arrived at the set time for the appointment. He performed a total tune up that took about an hour. He did a thorough job and explained all that he checked and what condition our furnace is in. He checked the humidifier to see if a new pad needed to be installed and at this time, a new one was not needed. Under no pressure whatsoever, he asked if we wanted to purchase an air conditioner and furnace agreement. We purchased for $180.00. Great company to work with and we always feel they give us the true information and don't try to "sell" something we don't need.

They cleaned my furnace and made recommendations on prevention parts I may need within next year if I don't replace it. I have an older furnace and realized I may need to buy new one in 2014 so his professional opinion on the condition of the furnace was very helpful. The service man was very professional.||I purchased the Big Deal for furnace cleaning from Angie's List because I was interested in trying a new company and Schneller had a high rating with Angie's List. I was not disappointed.

When I called to schedule the appointment the staff was very friendly. I had seen a deal on Angie's List, but was unsure if it would apply to my steam heater/boiler. She let me know that it would apply to my boiler. I went to Angie's List & purchased the deal and scheduled the appointment. The technician arrived at the house early. He was very friendly, made sure to put shoe covers on before entering the house & made sure my dog did not get out of the house when running out to his truck for needed items. Before he did any work on the boiler he let me know exactly what he would be doing & answered my questions. He installed a new thermocouple per my request. Before leaving he let me know how everything looked. The only thing that did not happen was that he said that he would be checking the steam heaters/draining the air before he left. I let him know that I do this a couple of times throughout the heating season & there has not been any more air than normal. He did not do this, but I don't think this is a big deal since I do it anyway.

The HVAC man from Schneller showed up on time, was thorough and professional, explained clearly what was going on with my system, gave me detailed advice about how to handle the problem that's developing (but not yet serious) with the system, and included some additional work, without charging me, that was not covered by the coupon deal. All round, excellent service and a company I will deal with again.

I called Schneller Heating and Cooling 2 times on the evening of Dec17, 2013. After 2 calls I finally received a callback and was told what the emergency rate ($129.00) and regular rate ($89.00) was, I then decided to wait till the next morning. At that time the temperature in my house was 52 degrees, so it was getting very cold. I was told that I would receive a call back the following morning, 12/18/13, immediately after 8:00 AM. Well I never received call back the next morning. I'm glad I didn't wait, or I would be frozen into a popsicle. I won't bother with contacting them again. It is now 8:31 PM on 12/18/13 and they never called me back.

Performed furnace inspection as planned. Went over some very useful advise for using and maintaining.

Furnace cut out at 0400 hrs. Made a phone call to Schneller at 0745 hrs. Got a return call at 0802 hrs. Service call was set up that morning at 1000 hrs. Tom Snowden showed up within the time window and corrected the problem. Seems that a little bit of water got into a air hose and prevented the system from starting. He answered all questions. Glad I called.

The office called to say the technician was on the way. Since I was unable to be there I left instructions on how to enter the condo. The technician left me a note with his findings and the services he performed. The system continues to work well. It was a good price and I am happy with the results

It turned out to be a machine problem, which they don't fix, instead of a plumbing problem. Nevertheless, they didn't even charge me. We've used them several times before for both heating and plumbing and have always been happy with their quality, professionalism, and timeliness. We highly recommend them.

I have used them for three years for our seasonal tune-ups. They are consistently punctual, courteous and professional. The technician had booties ready and put them on before entering my house. He then promptly got to work and was very knowledgeable with my very old furnaces (one of them is 23 years old!). He even identified a major problem that could pose a fire hazard, which I'm addressing at the moment. Since they are so good, it sometimes takes a while to get on their calendars so you'll just need to plan ahead.

It went great and it was perfect. I had no problems with them. I was really happy with the work they did. The scheduling was easy and they came really promptly and got it done. They got the job done in a couple of hours.

Everything was completed as expected. The rep took the time to answer my questions, explain what he was going to do, and competed the work in the time frame given. Very professional, had footies to not track dirt onto the carpet, and explained annual service contract option before leaving.

Tune-up service of the heating system. The technician was very professional. He taught me how to use the furnace, how to take care of it and he also shared several useful tips. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I intend to use their services in the future.
