It worked out fine. They were very prompt when they came out and they were very professional, it's the almost identical experience we had with the other one. The one was the air conditioning and the other one was for the heating. One of the times there was an additional item that was going bad that we purchased and our air conditioner in our home is older so I think it was something he felt was perfectly appropriate to replace. For the air conditioning we had nothing additional. I wasn't the one that was with them, my husband was but I was here. I briefly saw them come in the house but I was not with that person at all. He said that he was very pleased that there weren't any issues and definitely there wasn't anything additional that he found wrong and it was the same type of thing. They were very reasonable and I would use them again. I told my sister about it too and she bought it as well. My sister had great experiences with them and she even had better experiences than we did because they found something that they had not been able to figure out in their home. They have a pretty large home and they have had issues because they have 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioning units. They were able to figure out this airflow problem that they have not been able to figure out since they moved in and they've stayed on that house for almost 8 years. My sister said they would always going to be coming back. They know what they are doing. They are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. They've always been on time, they wear the booties, they are respectful, responsible, they call and they let you know exactly when they are coming. There was not one thing wrong with them..

I purchased it, and then it was 4 or 5 weeks before they could fit us in. We were very pleased, and we will call them back if we have any issues. They didn't do anything extra before consulting us. They called us right back, but they couldn't just get here, because of the deals. We plan to use them in the future.

Scheduling was done in a timely manner and they came out within 2-3 days. I had them in for a furnace inspection and he found a few things that needed to be replaced. The technician replaced a couple of capacitors. I thought he did a very good job.

Service provider arrived on time, was enat and clean and seemed to do a thorough job.

Spent a lot of time checking out furnance and checking settings and cleaning parts. Explained unit is at end of life span but, said unit was functioning well.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Mark showed up right on time and after donning his protective "booties" he got to work. He was very thorough and left a detailed chart attached to our furnace which showed the results of all the tests he did. I have had a tune-up done on this furnace every year it has been in (15) by various companies. This was by far the the most comprehensive. I highly recommend Schneller for a furnace tune-up.

Alexis was courteous and actually arrived early. He covered his shoes immediately so as to not track any debris through the house. Took time to discuss the reason for his service call told me what he was going to do - in a general way - then reviewed invoice. Service was very high quality.

I wish it were possible to give a grade of A++ We had a new HVAC (heat pump and air handler) installed in May 2013 by Schneller. Installers were prompt, efficient, professional; removed old system, cleaned up. All was good. Within a month, the system stopped cooling. Schneller responded, in the evening hours (!) technician showed up and discovered the coil inside the ai rhandler was frozen into a block of ice. Next day, after unit thawed, a different technician showed up, spent quite a bit of time trying to analyze what was wrong. He was unable to find a cause; system then worked correctly. Company followed up and offered to check system again in a month. Then in December, cold time, the system didn't seem to be heating well. Again, we got an almost immediate service response. This time the technician spent about 3 1/2 HOURS; checked everything, analyized all components. Many companies set a time limit; if they can't fix it fast, move on to the next. It Turns out the problem was in the configuration of the original system at the factory. Technician stayed until he had figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I couldn't be more impressed with this company's attention to detail and determination to GET IT RIGHT. Their price was great; provided cost-effective financing as well. In my business career I learned it was easier to keep a customer than to find a new one. Schneller follows that model. Service is everything when the comfort of your family matters.

Very pleased with this company, the professionalism and courtesy of the people, and services provided. They turned the project around within 2 days of the purchase (and could have done it immediately if I wanted) The gentleman that sold me the furnace was exactly that. The guys that installed the furnace were good guys, took pride in their work, and cleaned up well when the job was done... Thanks for taking my headache away - good service is about taking the consumer's headache away with honest / professional service & NOT using scare tactics

I think these guys are great. One of the best service companies I've used. After using them 1 time to tune my AC, i purchased a 1 year service contract for them to continue handling all of my Heating and AC needs. And they always call a few times after the appointment to make sure everything is still working and see if there are any questions or concerns.

It was satisfactory. I’d used them in the past. They do what they agreed to do, and they show up on time.

Very professional and timely

The service person arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. During the service call he pointed out a few things that I should be aware of, and gave me options as to how to remedy the problem. The only negative was that he left without telling me exactly what he did.

Everything went real good but the only thing that bothered me was at the end of the service he spent about a half hour giving me a big sales pitch on how to improve the efficiency of our AC unit. He told me that if I made several mods to my furnace and duck work it could run more efficianet. This was about $1000.00 worth of stuff. Also I do live in a 10 yr old home not a 50 yr old home. Anyway, I ask him if I could save money in the long run if I made those changes and he told me maybe. The word "maybe" wasn't good enough for me to spend $1000.00. Other than that it was a great job.

That one was probably the best at all. It was same scenario, old, expired, and honored in any way. He was very punctual, professional, thorough, I got 2 calls from them since then, just following up on, not just one kind of service and to let the things that we had suggested it as potential issues, do you still understand them and obvious is, kind of work it was called that one, you want to do something about it but at least trying to concern and having aware with all and keep the information and follow up on it again. They took care of it.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was good. They were one time. The technician was professionally dressed and had his ID. They gave me a full report of what they were going to do before and after the service. Professionalism, took a minimum amount of my time and that they were prompt.

Technician arrived as early in the time window provided as possible. Given that we were getting heat turned back on to deal with a burst pipe flood, this was greatly appreciated. He performed the repairs and made some suggestions for upgrades to our system down the road. Overall, no complaints.

He noticed a crack in the basement furnace, and told us to install carbon monoxide detectors until the home warranty folks could send out a service person. He said the upstairs furnace kept shutting off because it was running too hot (and unsafe) and he turned it off. I wish the home warranty people were as responsive and responsible. We are still dealing with them (three weeks later) and will just have to limp along on their repairs until we can afford a new system. When we do buy one, we'll likely be contacting Schneller.

The $55 dollar cost was a Big Deal price. Very good. Since the time I initially purchased the Big Deal voucher, the furnace stopped working. The technician arrived promptly and looked at the furnace. He determined the ignitor was starting to fail, but he was able to get it started. I didn't have him replace the part since I can do that myself. He completed the cleaning and tuneup of the furnace and heat pump fairly quickly. He was very polite and professional. I would use this company again.

Would definitely recommend Schneller to others.

Technician found a cracked heat exchanger in the furnace. He had a scope and let me see the crack. He asked if I would want a salesman to come by to talk about a new furnace. I saw the crack and believed the technician that I needed to do something. In the end since the furnace was 20+ years old I decided to have the furnace replaced with this same company. That experience was very good.

I received great service, and all went according to plan. I was disappointed that the promotional deal as seen in Angie's List did not sufficiently disclose that, to qualify for the deal, the date of the service call is apparently the VENDOR'S choice, but that said, still, all worked out well for me.

Provided costs for replacing just the exchanger versus the entire furnace. Since replacing the exchanger was almost half the cost of a new furnace and my current furnace was over 10 years old, I opted for the new furnace. Schneller replaced the furnace on 11/07/2013 at a cost of $3285.
