The gentleman was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Kevin impressed my husband by how much he loved his job and the people he worked with. Kevin demonstrated true pride in the company he worked for. From scheduling, to the actual work being done, this company was wonderful to work with. The person scheduling the visit had a feeling we needed service right away and I truly appreciate their prompt response to our needs. We definitely will be scheduling all of our future work with them.

Our service priofessional, Chad, was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. This is an old house and he had to take apart the old faucet and reconstruct the pipes for the new fixtures. He did a beautiful job and the bathroom looks very fresh and updated.

The technician was on time, professional and did not try to sell us service we did not need.

He cleaned parts inside of the furnace, tested parts, and checked filter. (I had already changed it though). Opened the air conditioner box at my request, to make sure it was draining properly and clean even though it was a furnace maintenance.

I received a bid to replace the 12 year old system and decided to go with a full replacement. They broke down the pricing into many different options and price points. It was all easily explained, no pressure and I felt very comfortable making my decision. Installation occurred without any issue and everyone as extremely friendly. I could not have asked for any better experience...I will definitely work with them again in the future and recommend to everyone I know

It went fine.One problem I had begun to notice,two others not.They have a regular program for inspections on both heating and air as well,so problems can be dealt with before becoming emergencies.

It turned out well, no problems. I just had to pay extra for the custom part. The value of the work was fairly good. They were reasonable and responded quite quickly.

It went well. They arrived on time, were courteous, clean and explained things well. I would consider using this company again except for personal reasons, I cannot in good conscience use them any longer. However, for anyone else wishing to use them I would not tell them not to.

The service was okay. We didn't buy anything. They did the servicing, and told me to change the thermostat, but we will change it later. The price was very reasonable, and he was very busy. I called him every day, and he said he was busy, but it is expensive to us to call. He gave me a detailed report and so I am happy.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They could have completed the repair, but it would instead be cost effective to replace the unit. He explained everything clearly to us and showed us what the problems were. The technician gave us information what was very informative and thorough. A week later, a salesperson came out to give us estimate on the options for units that we chose to have installed. The salesperson explained all of our options to us and why we should go with one unit over the other. We are in the middle of a remodel and waiting to complete the replacement. We may consider using them the installation.

I loved Alex Benner! I am going to ask for him every time. I have been having problems with my house being too cold. He did an expert job on my furnace and giving me good information. I wound up taking a contract with them for heating, air conditioning and plumbing.

When Schneller Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing came out to give me a quote, the salesman actually had experience in doing the work -- which doesn't always happen -- and was able to tell me right away if they could do what I wanted them to do, which was putting in a high efficiency furnace and air conditioning unit. They're very knowledgeable. We're happy with the work and comfortable. He gave us the quote and was out here the next day.

The service was professional and thorough. The serviceman was informative. I was very pleased with this company. I purchased this as a 'deal' on Angie's list. I did not use the air con service part of this deal as we installed geothermal before needing the air con service.

Some background...we had a Home Inspection completed on our home, as we are putting it on the market and there was some concern about the cycle time of the furnance. We had another firm out (A-rated on Angie's List) and they provided us with their findings. I was calling around discussing the situation with other HVAC companies, including pricing, if we had to replace the unit. I came in contact with Eric at Schneller. I explained the situation, including what had been found before. He said he would come out and provde a fee-free assessment of what size unit we would need, if we replaced. In the end, we decided not to do that. Eric called back with an offer to provide a second opinion of the finding from the previous firm. I asked about the cost...he said the second opinion would not have a cost for us. Obviously going through the process of getting the house ready for the market, we were very happy not to have additional expense. We expressed our appreciation. Now for tha actual experience... The time set was 8:00 to 8:30. Nick, who was the technician arrived right on time. We spoke briefly and he proceeded to the basement to perform the inspection of the unit. I noticed that he put on some 'footies' over his work boots to prevent anything from getting on the carpet. After he performed the inspection, he took all of his equipment and placed that back in his vehicle and then came back in to talk to us about his findings. At our request, he took a seat at the table and proceeded to describe his findings. We asked questions and Nick provided us with answers that were easy to understand. We explained that we would not feel comfortable leaving an issue for the next homeowner. Nick said the furnace was working properly and there were no safety issues with the unit. He did call out some rust that existed on the heat exchanger, which he thought probably happened from condensation somewhere along the way. He did not 'sugar coat' his findings...he just called each item out and provided an explanation. He filled out his findings and emailed them to us on the spot, which isn't true for many HVAC companies. Nick was very personable. We shared with him how many reviews his company had on Angie's List, and that both recent and overall were both "A" rated. It is easy to understand why Schneller has received so many reviews and is "A" rated, based on our experience with Eric, then Nick. Based on Nick's inspection and input, we feel comfortable that we would not be leaving the next owner of the home a problem. There is zero doubt that we will call on Schneller in the future when the need arises. We would not hesitate to ask for Nick to be the technician.

It went well. There were here on time. They were courteous. They did a good job.

This is the third one that we've done using Schneller and have been quite pleased. They were highly rated on the list and we have nothing to contradict that. A good organization and all three techs were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They are seemingly forced to ask you if they can put a Schneller sign in the yard following the service, something that all the techs have winced at - joke with them about it. Great experience. We recommend them fully.

Great, all work was done as requested and furnace works much better because they programmed it for 2 speed fan - was not set up right when installed 1 1/2 years ago.

The furnace was initially installed by Steve Heating which was a terrible experience. Schneller was professional and effective. No hype and no misrepresentation.

They were great. Nick showed up around noon and my earlier concern about the heat not functioning properly was soon allayed. We went over every single thing I've written notes about for the past 12 yrs and he was able to answer everything I asked. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I'd recommend them highly for furnace tuneups and other concerns.
