The gentleman who came to service my AC was very professional, punctual and explained everything well. He instructed me on things I need to do to keep my AC up and running properly. He even took the time to show me how to use my thermostat better. I was very impressed.

He found a defective valve which had to be replaced ( additional visit and charge ). This was performed later and we found out ,had this not been replace and we ran our unit,it would have ruined the condenser and created a bigger repair.

Chris, the gentleman who came out, was absolutely wonderful. The only problem that I had was how expensive some of the work was going to be compared to others I know who can do it for cheaper (or free). I wanted to give them a try since Angie's List had a deal, but I will probably go with someone else for my bigger plumbing jobs since I don't have endless resources for plumbing expenses.

The technician did a great job and gave me a lot of information on how to keep my AC running better.

The service was great. I made an appointment right after I bought the deal. There were additional charges on top of the $130. It was like $380, but I had to have a few things replaced and fixed. I am also selling my home. So, I want to make sure I had it done for the new owners. The guys that came out and did it were very knowledgeable and respectful. They both did a really good job. I had another guy came out a second time, but two guys came out one right after the other. The first guy that came out thought that the air conditioner was fine but thought I would need a new compressor in the future. The second guy came out to check if I needed a part or a new compressor. It ended up I needed a new compressor. I would definitely use them again.

I like that they are locally owned. I feel I can trust them and they are very courteous. Their pricing is in line with all the other reputable companies in the area. They do a good job.

I requested an appointment for an A/C Tuneup online and promptly received a call to schedule. Employee arrived on time and was very professional. He was nice, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. During the AC check he discovered a capacitor was going bad and discussed my options with me. I opted to purchase a service contract which would cover the current visit + another for my furnace, and would give me a discount any repairs for the life of the contract (Today's repair included). I also had him replace the capacitor. He did a very good job and I was very happy with the service. I will use this company again in the future.

Chad came in and looked things over found that the faucet only had a screw that was loose and tightened it. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the plumbing fixtures which are original from 1931. He also looked a few other things in the basement and kitchen sink AND he was happy to do it! Very professional.

Cody showed up on time and got to work immediately. He was thorough and explained everything he did and what all he checked, very professional and friendly. No reason at all not to have them service our hvac again and will do so in the Fall.

Chad performed various inspections to insure we did not have a natural gas issue. When he determined it was a control valve malfunction, he suggested a replacement or hot water heater replacement. Due to age of hot water heater and the difference in cost, we elected to have the valve replaced. As he did not have this valve in his van, he left to obtain same and returned within 30 minutes. Chad was very professional and personable. Schneller arrived the same day I called. The reason price was rated a B, is that I had no way to compare cost to other vendors. I will definitely use this vendor in the future.

Never have I dealt with a more professional bunch of people! Erik came out and spent more than three hours finding out exactly what I needed and taking measurements of rooms, windows, etc., to calculate the heat load for my condo. This condo has a main floor and full basement, approximately 2500 sq. ft. I have 39-year-old twin sons whose allergies and asthma are so bad that they have to wear a surgical mask when they're visiting me. My old system had an electronic air cleaner, but it was not ozone-free. They had recently started seeing a new allergist who explained that ozone can be especially irritating to asthmatics. Erik showed me the information about the Dynamic air cleaner that polarizes instead of ionizing, and thus, no ozone! It works, too. Since the new system was installed, my sons can breathe fine--no more masks! My utility space is downstairs in the storage area, which is at the opposite end of where my living room and bedroom are. So that's where the least air comes out of the floor vents. Measurements confirmed that while the old air-handler was a 2.5-ton unit, I was really between sizes and could use a 3-ton unit if they could get it to fit. The outside unit with the compressor was also a 2.5-ton unit, but he said that was the proper size and didn't try to upsize which would have cost more. I really appreciated that, and I knew that this was an honest man! Two days later I had a complete new system. The installers, Jim and Nathan, were terrific! They arrived on time and did the cleanest job I've ever seen! They wore shoe covers when in the house, used commercial carpet runners from the downstairs patio door into the storage room to protect the carpeting, and they left the storage room utility area the cleanest it's been since I've lived here. They had to alter the way the new air handler connected to the system so it would fit the given space, and I'm so happy they were able to do that! Now my living room and bedroom are just as comfortable as the rest of the house, and I won't worry any more about being too warm if summer temperatures get into the 90's. Outside they put in a new pad for the outdoor unit and a new power cutoff box as well. These craftsmen are not only professional, but they made me feel like family. They answered every question I asked and were extremely kind. Rick and Kevin were there in the afternoon helping with the fitting of the air handler. Also, Erik came back out in the afternoon to check and see how things were going, something I hadn't expected. A few days later, I received a wonderful handwritten full-page thank you note from Schneller written by Erik and personally referring to my situation. This was a first for me! Today, two weeks after the installation, I got a call from Neal following up on how things were going and making sure I was completely satisfied. Obviously. I will recommend Schneller to anyone looking for a top-quality job at a reasonable price. I'll also be using them for any plumbing needs I have. These people are wonderful, from the lady who takes the calls in the office to those caring professionals who do the work. I found them through Angie's List--Thanks, Angie!

Kevin was very helpful, explaining what was being done, what he found during the service and how those things found would be resolved. I am very satisfied with the service provided, and purchased a one year service contract with Schneller Heating/Air Conditioning/Plumbing. They provided prompt, thorough, service to my HVAC system.

Rick H. showed called a half hour before he was to arrive to confirm. He showed up on time and checked everything out gave me information on my unit and told me what was wrong with it. We opted to have a consult scheduled for an estimate on a new Air Conditioner so no additional service was provided. Rick was great and I am pleased with the service of this company and would definitely use again.

Pete came by on 4/10 and gave me a quote and answered ALL of my questions. I say ALL because others that gave me quotes did not answer them to my satisfaction. As a woman I did not fully understand everything and he was so kind and patient and fully explained everything to me so that I could easily understand all about the equipment and install procedure. He gave me a fair price and when I asked him how soon could he do the install, he said, " whenever I wanted it". In a couple of days my new system was in and operating. It only took one day with 3 men working on it. They were professional, neat and very nice. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kris had sold me a complete system over 20 years ago when I lived at another location. At that time, Pete did the installation for me and did a great job. We were very pleased at that time with their quality of work, professionalism and kindness and today it is still as good as it was then. I sincerely appreciate them, their professionalism and their quality of work. I give them an A++ rating! UPDATE: They had to return for a problem that arose and once again I say they are wonderful!! So prompt, professional and fixed my problem right away and did not charge me anything. They truly are one of a kind that wants to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. You don't find that too much these days.

He was very thourough and helpful

I called Schneller on Wednesday after finding them on Angie's list. My husband and I were buying a house in which the furnace and AC were relatively old. The inspector we hired to check the house as part of the purchase told us he had no idea about the furnace and AC except that the furnace was high efficiency, it had a leak in the condensate line that needed fixing, it ran well and had no cracked heat exchanger, and that both the furnace and AC were old. He recommended we get them both checked by a specialist. Schneller had an Angie's List deal where they would clean and inspect the AC for $65 and we could buy the deal again and they would clean and inspect the furnace. We jumped at the opportunity. Two days later, on Friday, their inspectors came out, pulled apart the AC and furnace, searched through both units carefully for problems, fixed the leak in the condensate line as part of the service we'd already paid for, drained things (I know nothing about the innards of those things) and sprayed things and cleaned things, and then refilled things and put everything back together. Then they told me that they had really tried to find something wrong with both units because they were old, but they're was nothing wrong with either. My husband and I have lived with old AC's and furnaces before and we'll live with them again. When they do break down, we'll replace them, but we are grateful that Schneller's people came out so promptly and worked so hard and efficiently and knowledgeably for us. I give them an A+.
