After 3 business days, they have yet to contact me and I have a plumbing problem that cannot wait.

I'm really surprised that this happened, because this company receives such stellar reviews, but unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience. We bought the $55 furnace tune-up through Angie's List. I will say that everyone I spoke to at this company, from the scheduler to the tech, were very pleasant and professional. We scheduled the service for December 10, which ended up being five days after my son was born. The tech was punctual, professional and very nice, but after looking at the furnace he came back upstairs and told us the entire thing needed to be replaced. Actually, he said it was a carbon monoxide hazard and that it wasn't really in "working order." I was holding a five-day old baby and he was basically telling us that we were risking carbon monoixde poisoning if we continued to run the furnace as it was. Of course we took this seriously and agreed to have someone else from Schneller come out to give us an estimate asap on a new furnace. My husband ran out immediately and bought multiple carbon monoxide detectors. In the mean time, I called our home warranty company to ask about the process for having this work done. They informed me that Schneller wasn't on their list of vendors and we'd need to have another company come out to look at the furnace. Shortly after, I received a call from a scheduler at Schneller who was prepared to send someone else out the same day to give us an estimate on a new furnace. I told that unfortunately we couldn't use Schneller because of our home warranty guidelines, but thanked her for the quick response. The next day, a tech from the other, warranty-approved company came to our house and inspected the furnace. He told us there was nothing wrong with it, and essentially the tech from Schneller was trying to scam us. Presumably this guy could have gone along with what we'd been told by Schneller and sold us a brand new furnace, covered by the warranty company, but he chose to tell us that he saw no evidence of a problem and didn't think we needed to be concerned. Obviously we kept multiple carbon monoxide detectors around the house as we ran the furnace during one of the worst winters on record, and there was no problem. At this point I have to believe the tech from Schneller was lying, which makes me even more angry because he saw that we had a newborn and what he told us obviously made us scared for his safety.

They were horrible. I had them come out for a bid and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The guy came out to do a bid to repair two of our air conditioning units and his answer was that he was going to have to replace everything and all the wiring and everything else. I ended up having someone else out, a friend of mine recommend someone else the same day and he was able to fix the entire air conditioning unit and have all the furnaces re-run.

They were great. We actually had another issue with our A/C a couple of months after after they performed an A/C tune-up. They came out quickly and fixed the issue. The issue was unrelated to their tune-up, but they only charged us for the part that was needed. We will continue using them in the future.

I found the technician to be professional, personable, and knowledgable. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the A/C unit.

My indoor plumbing is now top notch and I feel safe and ready for another challenging winter. I also like the designs selected for the home, and I'm looking forward to the energy and financial savings, especially from the tankless water heater. The Exterior job on the waterline was a risky, enormous procedure requiring Schneller to remove an old pipe that was of inferior material from 23 years ago, and replace it with new pipe. The waterline was laid next to a 500 foot driveway easement that is thin, rutted, and starting to fall in at the edges. Schneller had to navigate through multiple underground utility wires and pipes safely and with high precision. They initially researched the best and most economical way to accomplish this, explained the procedure to neighbors and gave them various options, assurances, and input. Their consultant guided us through the entire process and I had wonderful luck in being assigned a two-man brother team with extensive experience, who were patient, resourceful and precise. In addition, these men worked long hours in very hot conditions to get me water and complete our contract with excellent quality. They even gave me landscaping tips, which would encourage the best possible results for long-term regrowth, instead of following a quick and easy approach that might not be the best method over time. I joined Schneller's preferred customer account, something I haven't done before anywhere, because I really don't want anyone else working on my plumbing. EI'm not sure how a company can make you feel like family, but these guys were able to do just that, through the quality and precision of their work, and of their characteristics as dedicated individuals. Schneller takes pride in their craft and this provides me with security. I trust and respect the work done for me and am very excited to have a working waterline. Who would have thought a waterline was something to get excited for? Thanks schneller and a special thanks to the brothers who made this job go so well. We could not be more pleased!!!!!!

I purchased the Angie's List deal for an air-conditioner tune-up. I scheduled the appointment on the phone and found out they keep pretty busy, so definitely schedule things in advance. They arrived on time, were professional, told me all my options and did a great job with the tune-up. I wanted a "band-aid fix" until we had room in the budget for a new unit and they did everything they could to bring the unit back into good working order. I would definitely recommend them.

We purchased a coupon to have our AC/furnace tuned-up and cleaned. They were booked about 3 weeks out but showed up 15 minutes early to their appt. The gentleman was very nice and professional. He explaiined that one of the capacitors was failing and we would need to replace it soon. He was able to offer us a deal in which we got 2 more free tune-ups for only $50 more than what it would have cost to replace the capacitor itself. We obviously took the deal and we are quite pleased. Very professional service, polite, explained everything we needed. We will be using them for teh next year with our 2 other tune-ups

The contractor was on time and performed the job very well. Opened up our old AC, checked everything out, cleaned out a substantial amount of dirt/debris, and gave a consultation of what to expect in the months to come. Didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed. No complaints.

I recommend these folks for their professionalism and price. They are first rate.

We are selling the house and purchased the service from Angie's List. An appointment was quickly set and the staff came right at the time. He explained the HVAC system to me, and what he would do. He finished the job very carefully and professionally. He also fixed the loose flue pipe for me. He is great!

Tech arrived on time and explained what he was doing and why it was important. Really did a good job of cleaning the manifold to ensure even gas and heating. Very friendly, but in a genuine way. Went about his work diligently and cleaned up afterwards.

serviced unit. Very professional and courteous. they found that the unit was leaking refrigerant and replaced it. Sold us a service contract and replaced capacitor. Very patient in explaining the isssue to both myself and my mom and answered lots of questions. unfortuately we heard a lot noise again over the weekend. THey came out today and the fan is freezing up and blades don't move and unit gets very hotnd now the unit is leaking oil and the compressor is about to go. Now its time to replace the compressor or the unit??? We'll see where to go from here tomorrow when we talk to someone else. Kelly

They were ahead of schedule and called me to see if they could come early. I was still at work and told them I couldn't get home that fast. The Tech Kenny who was excellent, waited until I got home to do my tune up. How about that for service. He was very friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He checked my unit inside and out. He explained to me how the unit looked, and explained my system to me. I felt like my AC unit was ready for the summer. I was pleasantly surprised how punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable my Tech was, and will have them back out again.

I was very happy with the quality of the service. The technician was polite, respectful, and wore shoe covers in my house.

I bought the wrong coupon online. I requested a refund and purchased the correct coupon. both were 99 dollars, so I mixed them up accidentally. Service from Schneller was great.

My only concern for them is they tried to do a thorough job in everything but if I knew that they would come out and try to sell you something than to actually make sure everything is working. We simply wanted a tune-up and he said that there's one part of it that wasn't working 100% and they almost insisted that we should buy it which would have came to a pretty good amount of money. If it's working 90% of capacity then it's fine, it's not a big deal. They shouldn't pressure and tell that we were wrong for not wanting to replace that part. The price was okay.

They began working about 8:00 a.m. on Wed. morning and completed work about 1:30 Thurs. afternoon. Job hit a snag and appeared at one point additional work would be needed which would double the cost of the job. Sound like a scam? Definitely NOT!!! Long story short they tried something which worked, YEAH!! What they did totally worked and saved me $2000. Danny and his brother knew what to do,and were totally professional. They have replaced a lot of sewers in my area. Their goal is the customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend them and would contact them on any and all plumbing work I might have in the future. Schneller came out and gave us a quote to replace our air conditioner. Their quote was competitive with other quotes we received and included a nice warranty. They performed the job in a professional manner.

They were on time. They did a pretty good job, pretty speedy.

They were great to work with. We have used them in the past. We have been really happy with them. Scheduling an appointment is fine.

Company was pleasant over the phone. Did not need service.
