Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing Heating Air

To tell you the truth, I don't remember details because I have a terribly bad memory. All I remember is that I was very satisfied.

This was a tale of two visits. The first technician they sent (Daniel N) was terrible. I called with the diagnosis, but he told my wife he believed the leak was coming from the washing machine itself so did nothing in the basement. He apparently tightened a valve in the powder room, but that didn't help either. I took video showing the water only flowed when the washing machine drained - not when it filled - and called Schneller Plumbing back to demand they repair this issue. The next technician they sent was the picture of professionalism. When he cut into the drywall it was obvious - the drain pipe was disconnected and pointed to the floor, so literally every drop that went through it went to my carpet. He fixed the pipe two days later because he needed a part and we have had no problems since. I would not use them again unless they could guarantee I got the same technician as the 2nd visit. I can't take a 50/50 shot of getting a good one, so would probably try a different company if I couldn't get him.

It was wonderful. I will be using them again for heating.

John arrived promptly at the appointment time, worked diligently, and explained what he had done to fix the problem. Nice guy, very professional, didn't feel any pressure to do anything we didn't want to do. Overall, a good experience and we would use him again.

The gentleman was in a word outstanding. I did not want to worry my wife with too many details as I was at work at the time of service. He called me on his cell and took care of everything in a professional manor. He was on time, clean, organized and did not try to sell us anything extra. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician came on time,did work as agreed, suggested replacement of capacitator, which I refused. On June 21, a Saturday at 9:30 PM the cooling stopped. Someone answered the emergency number immediately and said a technician would call, which Kevin did in 10 minutes. He even offered to come that night, but we agreed on the Sunday morning. Upon his inspection it was discovered that capacitator needed to be replaced which he did and when system was working again that it had leaked refrigerant. The old system had to be replaced. John Knochelman came that Sunday afternoon to decide on the replacement which was done a week later with the least amount of inconvenience. The price was somewhat higher than an available coupon on Angie's list, but I choose to stay with a company that I knew.

Technician was prompt and courteous. I live in a pre-war, multi-unit building in Over-the-Rhine where access to the unit was difficult. Technician was unflappable and able to adapt under challenging circumstances - multiple narrow staircases, lack of street parking. Technician fulfilled promise, and did so in a timely manner. Additional services were discouraged because technician deemed them unnecessary or too soon. His honesty and integrity won the company a customer for life.

I hired Schneller to replace the heating and air conditioning in my home because of the stellar job they had done on my business. I've purchased a couple of systems in my life and no other company ever balanced the system to the house. These guys have equipment that reads the air flow off every vent. So, a long time problem of less AC upstairs, isn't so much an issue anymore. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Excellent! Was extremely pleased with the service. I called at 10AM when my a/c went out yesterday (90+ degrees outside) and they had a tech out by 4:30 pm same day. The representative I spoke to when I called indicated that there would be a $79 diagnostic charge. When the tech arrived he was very quick to say that the diagnostic charge would not apply as they had performed the maintenance check earlier in the year and guaranteed their work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor, replaced it and had the a/c back on and working quickly. Could have very easily charged me the extra $79 and I would have never known the difference.

He was great. Very respectful, on time, used booties for his shoes which I appreciated. He was in and out in great time. Couldn't say enough good things. Would use them again.

It went very well, I had no problems. The technician was very patient. I stayed with him the whole time and he explained everything as he went. He was very thorough.

The repairman was able to fix a problem on the condensing unit of our old air conditioner, saving us the much bigger cost to replace it. He also told us about the cleaning deal on Angie's list,which we purchased, saving us even more money.

They arrived within the timeframe scheduled for the appointment and finished the tune-up very promptly.

Excellent. We use these guys regularly and they are fairly priced, responsive and do quality work. We see no reason to call anyone else.

It went well. All the repairs are still holding up. Bobby, the plumbing tech, was very professional & pleasant. He showed up when he was supposed to. He took the time to troubleshoot a glitch with the control panel of the dishwasher after it was reconnected.

The technician showed up on time and he was very professional. I plan to use their services in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal, but when they came out, it was cheaper to take advantage of the current coupon the company had instead.

I spoke to Schneller representative on the phone today. They informed me that since I installed a new furnace this winter I qualified for a complimentary air conditioning service. I did not need to purchase a voucher for this service.

Repairs went well. They gave a written estimate and adhered to it. During the process of repairing the leak a worn rubber gasket was discovered. The technician showed me the gasket and asked if I wanted to replace. Rather than taking a chance with the gasket, I had them replace it while they were there.

AMAZING JOB. On time, high quality, thorough explanation of what was causing the drain clogs and clear details on what the solutions were to fix. I will be bringing them back for future plumbing needs!

I decided to change from my current A/C furnace service to Schneller based on the positive feedback on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Cody arrived on time and did the service as requested. I had an online coupon that would not print out; I told the person when I made the appointment and she said she would note it on the schedule. I wondered if I would have a problem with it but I didn't. Cody was aware of it and only charged me the coupon amount. I dislike having the argue with businesses over a few dollars so I was happy with their responsiveness. As with most A/C companies today, there was a sales pitch at the end of the service review (i.e. service contract, allergan filter that cost $600). However, there was no high pressure, just an explanation of what it could do for us. This was one reason I moved from my previous A/C/furnace service; they wanted me to sign a high priced service contract which I never do. They did not want to take "no" for an answer. I appreciated Cody's low key salesmanship; if it had been high pressure I would have been looking for yet another service company! I was most happy with their service and will call them for the furnace tuneup in the Fall or any other AC or furnace issues than come up.

All went well. Technician arrived in a timely manner, was polite and professional. He checked my A/C system and found what was causing it to operate so poorly and fixed it right away by adding coolant and replacing a bad thermostat. System operation was checked and everything was working properly. The work was done quickly, and he left no mess. I didn't know beforehand what the price would be but I think it was a fair price considering this was an emergency type situation and what was done to fix the problem. I will be using this company in the future.
