It went well. The guy seemed to know what he was doing compared to the other companies I've used before.

It was fine. They came out and check the A/C. We’ve used them before and will call them in the future. They made the appointment pretty quickly and they even called to see if they could come early. We were very impressed.

I ordered the Angie’s List special for our annual a/c check, but before our appt came up our a/c died! So, we called Schneller out to check out our system. They were very responsive and the technician was great, But we ended up buying from another company because we couldn’t afford the Schneller system. Would highly recommend them!

After hours emergency call. Came within promised time. Plumbing tech (Bobby) was friendly, polite and professional. Explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be before beginning work. Cleaned up basement and bathroom when finished. Very satisfied with response and work. Have used Schneller before and will again if needed.

Provider diagnosed and fixed my problem on the spot. These guys are always great. I will use them every time.

Schneller booked my appointment the afternoon of when I purchased the Angie's list coupon. They came out and worked on it for about 2 hrs and could not get it unclogged. They needed a special machine to get this clog so they came back the next morning bright and early and had it unclogged in about 30 minutes. Both of the guys they sent out were friendly and professional and I was amazed that they did not charge me any extra. While out at my house, they inspected my hot water heater, which is 15 years old and made a note of what model I had because I am living on borrowed time. They spent the time that they needed to educate me and talk about ways of preventing this in the future. My house was build in 1923 so I will be calling them for sure in the future.

Terrible. He couldn't find the problem and after he left my sister opened the bathroom vent and the hall door like he said. It just got colder and she checked the thermostat and raised the temp to see if that would do something but the thermostat didn't even click. She called back and he said HE TURNED THE FURNACE OFF. Why would someone turn off another person's furnace when the temperature was in the 30's???? The only heat she had was an electric fireplace. My other sister who was visiting her is on oxygen and has COPD. She called them back today (Sunday) and told the call center what happened and they said they would send someone else today. After I found out what happened I told my sister I would cancel that and call another company. I did that and she is still waiting for a call back from them. We'll see what happens.

Excellent! After the cleaning, there was still some blockage, so they came back out to make sure the issue was addressed. Wonderful service.

The company is very busy and could not provide a service to me until the middle of December. I was able to find a company that could come out the same week that I called.

They emailed me within the two business days as they were supposed to. I contacted them by phone and was advised that they were backed up as far as scheduling and wouldn't be able to schedule an appointment until 01/02/2015. They were very professional over the phone, but unfortunately I needed the service done before winter. I am requesting my full refund.

I have used them before and they were very good. They aren't come our for another two months, so I went with another company as they were able to schedule sooner.

They did a great job. They let us know when they were coming and were fast and efficient. There was a loose screw in the garbage disposal. The 59 was in addition to the Angies List big deal we purchased.

They were great! The only issue I had was that they needed to find a better method of carrying their cable and camera after it comes out of the sewer line because there is dripping. No homeowner wants to clean up spots on a carpet and the floors. I brought this up with them and they are working out the kinks of the new procedure. I have them scheduled for more services.

That worked out very well. They did a good job. They serviced my furnace. It took about an hour to do the work.

They were responsive, punctual, and professional. Did feel that the HVAC technician could have been a little bit more friendly and helpful. We just moved into a new house with a boiler system, and we were really looking for someone to show us the ropes a bit more. Should have asked more questions I guess. There was also a problem with the toilet, but it seems that it was a faulty valve. They came back right away and fixed it at no charge. Overall, however, it was a good experience, and I would recommend them.

Furnace/Hvac was leaking water around the base. Attendant quickly came out the same day I called and diagnosed problem. Diagnosed clogged drain on condensate and unclogged drain. Also cleaned up water around base of furnace and fixed drain to properly flow. Excellent customer service!

He didn't charge me because I had a coupon. He was intelligent and well spoken. He was on time and professional.

They are good to work with. They seem to be honest and do good work. They always are on time for the appointments and their prices seem reasonable.
