The experience turned out really well. We like Schneller quite a bit. Everything worked out really well. We knew that normal maintenance of your HVAC system is something that you should always have, in case you run into any issues or anything like that, and just the fact that they also do plumbing and looked at it, was a no brainer. Their service is quite satisfactory. We are very pleased with them. They are very responsive.

The tech discovered a failing part on our system and replaced. This was the reason for the additional expense above the $65. Overall a very pleasant and easy experience.

We had our estimate within a couple of days and wanted to proceed with the work. They scheduled it at our convenience and were here when they said they would be. Nick and his assistant did a great job and made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction.

It was good. The installers arrived on time. It was a very rainy day but they wore shoe covers always while inside the house. They put down tarps wherever they were moving things in and out. They left absolutely no mess. It took pretty much all day, but they were not noisy or intrusive.

Excellent! Highly recommended (company and having the service twice a year - from experience - its important to have your heating and air conditioner checked / tuned up for the upcoming season). They have the best service!

Called on Monday, they were able to come out on Tuesday, even a little earlier than the scheduled 12PM-2PM window. Mike was great, really nice, honest and professional, found the problem with the hot water tank, it needed an element replaced, took no time at all.

It was good. They did a good job. He did what he could. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them.

They diagnosed the problem to be a faulty thermostat and wanted additional $298 to replace. A new water heater costs about the same. I told them I would replace it myself. Cost of replacement thermostat $15 at Home Depot and took about 20 minutes.

The service went fine. I had them work on the furnace. One technician came out and completed the work in a timely manner. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I decided to cancel the deal due to the extra costs on the estimate, and I wasn't very happy with the person that initially came out. He disconnected something on my ice maker that caused water to spill all over the floor, which I had to clean. We've used them for heating and air in the past with excellent results, so this is truly an unfortunate experience.

It worked out fine. The air conditioner is working great now.

It was a record cold day (-7) and we had small puppies in the house. They were able to make their appointment 4 hours early. Very proffesional. The furnace was repaired quickly and the work done was explained in detail.

We got a coupon on Angie's List for tune-up and they made sure my furnace was working. They did our air conditioner back in spring. He seemed fair. They were here on time.

The technician was friendly. In order to explain that our capacitor needed to be replaced, he did the charging test in front of us and was patient with explanations and questions. We are nearing a time when we will need to replace our water heater and furnace, so instead of changing the capacitor I asked Schneller if they could provide an estimate to replace those systems. They sent a "comfort specialist", and I was expecting someone to come in and try to hustle and upsell. The visit was very pleasant, and I felt like the options he was presenting me with were options maybe an uncle or a cousin with the requisite knowledge would have given. That's an uncommon experience. My husband and I believe in this idea of "investing in kindness". That means we like to work with people that are good to others. So far, I have dealt with nothing but kindness with Schneller.

They were very booked. I called right away to schedule after buying the deal on Angie's list and it was 2 months before they could come, by then winter was halfway over. They did the usual furnace repair service tactic of trying to up-sell me on their service contract. The details were all hand written by the technician so that just added time. In the end I was happy with the service and the technician but wasn't thrilled about the attempt to sell me more but that's par for the course.

They tried to switch out water heaters on us. They sold us one and brought us out a different one. The one they brought out had horrible reviews. When I called they said they only install the other ones. I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one or what but we had them leave the house and not install anything. They sold us a contract to service our air conditioner for the summer and then come until September and wanted us to renew that when it was time to turn it off so we did not let them do that.

The company did a good job I am giving them an A.

The workers were good, they left the area clean, they were very prompt and right on time and I would recommend them to friends and family.
