Great, very thorough and professional.

Excellent Gene and Wyatt came out and from the start. They first went in and looked at where the line was. Then they went to the truck and got the equipment based off the question "is my line clogged now?" my answer No. They ran the equipment 100 feet and removed some hand Lysol wipes that were flushed down the toilet. I then looked with them at the camera and was that a power wash scrub would be recommended. While they were there they noticed the water tank leaking and recommend replacing it. I will use them in the future and they were very easy going and shared information and answered all questions.

Great. They taught me about the different parts of the system and how to get the most out of it. They called and showed up exactly when they said they would. Very professional.

They did a wonderful job on our a/c. It was thoroughly cleaned and now runs a little quieter. They even called us later to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We would definitely use them again.

I thought there was no charge for that but I don't know for sure. He was here more than 30 minutes probably. We're in an older sub division, but we live in an area where there is a lot of new subdivisions in Clermont county and the water pressure is not that great. That's why I wanted them to check it. That was the basic reason. When he tried the water pressure, he said, "I think you're going to have a lot of variation up here. Basically, your flow is pretty good." He said, "There may be times, when there is real heavy usage by people in the same neighborhood that are on the same water tower, it may be a little less." That was about it. He gave me an assurance on what I already believed and thought anyway. I'm pretty sure there was another guy. I don't know whether he was an intern or trainee or what. But he had very little or almost nothing to say. The one who talked to us the most was okay. I thought maybe he would do more concerning the water pressure and so forth. They were on time. They weren't overbearing, they weren't pushy. They were okay in that regard.

It seemed to be alright. He said the outside unit was okay. He did some really minor stuff, just a little bit of a tune-up. But, he said it was okay. With the inside unit, he changed the type of filter we were using. He changed those. There was a cable running that he said should not have been an open cable. In fact, he made the comment that if Duke came in and saw it, they would shut it down immediately. So he replaced that. He is going to do some work on enlarging the duct work. He says the duct work from our furnace is not properly sized. That is scheduled for the 24th and 25th of this month. But I'm going to have to cancel that. I'm going to try to get it rescheduled in the early part of September. I signed up for a maintenance contract. It was $180. They check it twice a year. They seemed to be pretty thorough. The guy that worked on the heating and air conditioning unit was a young man. I think he told us he had been with the company for three or four years. He seemed to know what he was doing. Sometimes I had a hard time understanding exactly what he was doing. But, I guess that's the nature of that type of work. He was okay. I think they could communicate a little bit better. The air conditioning unit has been working okay. They were really punctual. It was quite expensive.

Scheduling was easy even though I work during the day. After scheduling they called a few times wanting to move the appointment to earlier in the day which I declined since I was at work. The serviceman was very polite. The problem is that the serviceman determined the air conditioner needed $714 of work to replace the blower capacitor, the dual capacitor, the contactor and to balance the refrigerant. He was unable to test the dual capacitor due to rust. I was surprised since the air conditioner was working fine despite a lack of maintenance. They also did not have the part and would need to obtain it. So I obtained a separate opinion from another company. They had no problem testing the dual capacitor and determined everything was within range except the capacitor which was replaced. That service call and capacitor cost $227.42. After a very hot month, the air conditioner is still working fine.

It went smooth, straightforward and fast.

Technician was very knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and cane up with a solution in time. The service wasn't cheap, but it was a fast definite solution. Changed 2 condensers on the external A/C unit

Another plumbing job was $359 and they also installed a hot water heater for me that was $1,100. The problem was mis-diagosed because of poor communication within their company. They thought it was a sewer backup, but it was actually a backup of the drainage that went out to my backyard. So they had the preparations to dig up my front yard for a $12,000 job. It turned out to be going out to my backyard. I had waited for a really longtime because of the weather for them to do the digging in the front. It was a bit of a nightmare because they had to keep canceling and canceling because they were going to have to dig an 8-foot trench. When they replaced the drainage pipe it was about 18 inches down so they could have done that sooner, obviously, than they did. Considering the price and what I spent with them because of plumbing they had done for me I would have to give them a D. I think their price was too high, but by the time I got all into it I felt like I did not have any choice. I did not have a second opinion although I wish that I had because maybe the job would have been done sooner and for less money. Also there are people that specialize in that problem that probably would have done it for less. But since I was already into this. The day the came to dig the front of my place up which was digging up my whole front yard and part of my driveway. It was quite expensive. That's when they finally figured out that it wasn't going that way, it was going out the back. They left the hole compressed over and did not level it out or put grass seed and straw on it. They went a little bit in my neighbor's yard and they did smooth it out perfectly so I was wondering why they couldn't do that with my part of it. They were out here all the time or calling me all the time.

Schneller was there on time, they did a solid job. The service tech was friendly, and very willing to explain things to someone who didn't know what they were looking at.

HVAC service tech (Eric) responded to service call quickly. He was professional in explaining all steps of service provided. He was helpful, respectful of property and courteous. Found the problem (capacitor), replaced the damaged part and had air conditioning running when he finished the job.

Technician arrived around 9am in the 8-10am window with a smile and greeted me with a business card. We went immediately to troubleshooting the issue and he explained everything that he was doing, which was really nice. He was highly knowledgeable about his trade and worked with great precision. It was a great experience! The diagnoses was a weak/broken fan start capacitor, which can be purchased online and shipped overnight on Amazon for $15. The repair was quoted at a fixed price of $190 (on top of the service call fee). I opted not to have the repair completed, as the price did not seam reasonable considering the cost of the replacement part and the time required to complete the repair (estimating < 10 minutes for the technician and ~30 minutes for me). The technician was understanding and told me what to purchase and described to me how to do the repair myself. I will provide a price rating for the service, as I did not have the repair completed.

Fairly quick servicing on same day as call, got ac working fairly quickly. Great, but the tech charged over $400 to replace a capacitor on the condenser unit, which took little time. No servicing or cleaning of anything was included for that! What? Seems really excessive to me. Wont use this company again.

We recently had our aging HVAC checked with Schneller using a special offer we found on Angie's List. The scheduling team was polite and efficient, and let us know exactly when our technician would arrive. Our service technician, Eric, arrived on time and was very professional upon entering our home to check out the HVAC system. He "tuned up" the system, which is essentially a cleaning and inspection for faults or issues in the system. Eric was very thorough in his process and explained his findings and the importance of regular maintenance. He was able to identify components of our system that would likely need to be serviced down the road. If we had the work done at that time, some items/service point prices were better than others and I may shop around depending on the work needed. After all was said and done, the service/tune-up was a good value and I would recommend this service to others.

I have used him for the last 3 years. I get my furnace checked twice a year. They are personable and do a great job.

Well, the AC broke in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. I called the big guy who installed my furnace and they didn't care. So I looked for a local family owned shop and found Schneller. The tech, Mike G, was paged and called me back within the hour and was at my house within two hours. ON MEMORIAL DAY SUNDAY! He diagnosed the problem to the copper coolant tube unfortunately rubbing another part and finally failing. He repaired me and had me running by noon. Good job!
