Exactly as I asked. Service was efficient and everything is working well.

Technician was professional and courteous. Wore little booties to make sure no dirt or mud was tracked in. Was clear and professional on work. Only issue I had was not technicians fault but rather a marketing complaint. After the service I asked if they performed Duct cleaning to which he replied they did not but have a Third Party they could recommend. When I told him how much he asked for how many vents I had and returns. After telling him he quoted me over $600 and that was a special price. This is ridiculous. This is almost 3 times what other professional companies charge. Either get another company or have them reduce their prices quite a bit before recommending them.

I got an appt right away the next morning. Gene showed up in the time frame I was given and snaked the drain from the kitchen to the basement. He was here approximately 2 hours. Got the drain open and running again and told us to use lots of hot water to help clear out the grease clog that he loosened up. He was very personable and friendly and did a good job. The coupon really helped to save us money too. Glad I found it! I was pleased with Schneller.

The price was extravagant. I was out of town and my wife called for service. It was expensive. It wasn't done right. They were slow showing up. They weren't very clean and tidy. They didn't really fix the problem right the first time to begin with. When they fixed it, they ended up plastering their stickers all over everything in our utility room. They weren't prompt but at least they came out. I wouldn't recommend them.

It went fine. The only thing they could have done better was offered a better price.

Wax ring was replaced, but other work I did not want was performed, and which was not necessary. Also, standard pricing for this work was given with no reduction for reduced work performed. Can only hope work holds up - will reply back if work is inadequate and how warranty repair goes. Ultimately, $600 for a $150 repair. Recommend against.

Provider was prompt, professional and honest. After having several large, national providers recommend we replace the main line with a ditchless replacement, they indicated that it was not necessary and likely wouldn't work due to a dip in the line. Will definitely hire them again for future work. They did recommend jet line cleaning for a longer term fix.

That was fine there, was no problem there with them. They did what they said they came around and did it.

They were very honest and said they do not clean septic tanks. They offered to investigate for a clog with a camera for the purchase price. I agreed.

Went great. Recommended some fixes that should be done soon and took the time to explain everything fully. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

We got a package deal from them. They are coming again on Friday.

Sink went well though pricey. $250 for 20 minute job. Toilet repaired with fluidmaster repair kit. $114. Still leaked the next day. They came back out and put new overflow valve in and gasket. $266 more. Didn't credit me for the mis-diagnosis.

It was very good. I think the regular servicing is like $100 a year for 2 major check-ups, one before the furnace season and one before the air conditioning season. They had suggestions about the filter change and so on but it was not hard pressure. They told me to think about it and to give them a call if that's something I wanted to have done. I didn't have any problem. They were very good as to their responsiveness. They are a very good company.

They never showed up. They called to say I was outside their service area, and I needed to call Angies list to initiate a refund.

Scott showed up in a timely manner. After we discussed my home's current situation, we opted to look at the visual display of my sewer line before doing anything else. Scott was very thorough in his explanations of what we were seeing as the camera moved through the pipes. I learned so much about my particular sewer line situation. I was not pushed to buy any other services. After Scott left, I was sent an email with the information we talked about earlier. I was truly impressed with Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. I would recommend this company based on my positive experience.

They were prompt and did a great job.

Excellent. Schneller scoped the sewer line and identified the construction (cast iron to tile) as well as the condition (excellent given it was laid 123 yrs ago in 1893). Did not clean because it was not needed.

I bought a big deal for this company and it was for $99.00 and when they arrived they told me it would be an additional $89.00 (they did tell me about the 89.00 fee when i called to schedule) for them to just come to my house they also wanted to charge $336 dollars to replace the stopper in my tub. I have had a previous plumber replace the same thing for $89.00 (89 dollar service call with 1 hour of labor included) no additional costs. I wanted to try out Schneller because I found them on Angie's but they were just over charging way to much. Buyer beware. Zach the plumber was very courteous, the manager Clay was also very kind and did not charge the $89.00 service call fee. BOTTOM LINE THEY CHARGE per item that they fix not an hourly rate.
