The tech was a little late as we were the last call of the day but he took his time and seemed to do a thorough job. It was about a month before we could get scheduled but they had been very busy

Great, showed up on time knew what they were doing done in timely manner. Cost was not out of line. Have used them before at other houses and the experience is always the same.

We were pleased with the service provided. Zach (our assigned plumber) was responsive and knowledgable, and was able to complete the job within the time frame we wanted (24 hours).

I could not be more disappointed in what I thought was a 'family' company. A plumber 'fixed' my basement drain by shoving 6 towels down it before adding a cap to help with a foul odor. This action has flooded my basement 3 times since. My basement never flooded prior to the 'fix'. After asking the company to resolve the new problem cause by their plumber, they told me no one would come out to fix the problem Schneller created because they can't find record of someone at their company doing this specific task. I know for a fact two men from Schneller were at my house and 'fixed' my drain, one left to get a part to fix the drain and returned. However, the company doesn't care enough to ask those two men about the drain fix. Extremely disappointing.

We've been pretty happy with them except for this time it seems like every time they come it incurs a lot more money than we expected. It's a good company and they always call you know for the feed back and follow up and everything which I like. I like the fact that the company call, and do the follow up. I'm surprised at how they didn't call me yet, normally they'd do so, I like that.

Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time, answered our questions thoroughly, and made the necessary repairs and installation.

My initial score would have been F. I had to have two visits. The first technician sold me a new toilet. The second one said the lines were just dry and to flush more often. When I complained to management they refunded the overcharge. Because they backed up their customer service, I have continued with a maintenance program on my HVAC. I have also recommended them to others.

Obviously, it didn't go at all. (The service required was rather simple. Clean out an obstruction in a drain.)

My unit has been working very good. They’ve always done a good job. The company changed hands maybe 2 or 3 times since I started with them and one of the owners wasn’t that great but the current owners are good. I’ve been using them for 27 years.

It was fine. We use them our furnace cleanings too. They are just a good company. We’ve been using them for a long time. They just do good work and good customer service.

Schneller has taken care of my heating and A/C. They are always very professional, courteous, and responsible.

The company is very busy so it took a little over a week to get on the schedule. I was glad I waited. Very professional and did a great job on our ac. Answered all questions asked without BS'ing and trying to sell me something. I will use them again.

First attempt... 12/6/2016, scheduled 8-10am. First guy showed up at 9:30am after they had computer problems and he could not get his schedule, otherwise would have been at my house at 8am. He did not have parts for an oil furnace (strike one), you would think he would know what type of furnace he was to tune up. Second attempt....12/6/2016, arrived around 12 noon. First guy called the company to get another guy out that had parts for an oil furnace. He spent 5 1/2 hours doing a tune up. Twice had to run out for parts. He told me that the ignition transformer is going. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted a quote for an entire new furnace (must work on commission). I had to pay $350 for an ignition transformer, the part by itself cost at best $80. 16 years of getting service every year from several different companies, never took longer than 1 hour for tune up. He could not get the furnace carbon monoxide reading low enough so a third tech had to be scheduled (Strike 2). Lost an entire day of work for these two visits. Third attempt, scheduled on 12/9/2016 at 10am-12pm. Had to take another half day off work for this visit. He arrived around 10:30am. He spent about 1 hour dialing everything in to get the reading acceptable. The second guy above should have known how to do all of this. He removed wires and added jumpers on the furnace to control the functions on the furnace. This has never been done before. When complete he reattached the wires. Strike three...12/11/2016. noticed the fan does not shutoff. It is on continually. I am sure this is shorting the life of the motor. Now I have to have a fourth tech to come out. Possibly take time off work again. Final score...one furnace tune up, 4 technicians, 1 week work of work. Lost 1 1/2 days of work and paid for a weekend of electricity with the fan continually running.

I first want to state that one of the primary reasons that I gave this company an excellent rating was due to their follow up and care about the customer and ensuring that the customer was satisfied. I understand that "glitches" occur and I think that the character of the company is in how they resolve issues. I also thought that the Tech was knowledgable and explained what he found. He found a primary source of the leak and sealed that (there ended up being a second one from the dishwasher). However, I felt that I was double dinged on the repair the way that it was charged on the invoice. I sent an email to the company on a Sunday and had a very quick response (on a Sunday!) and worked out a resolution. A few days later had another follow up call from another person who wasn't aware that I was in contact with someone else to ask about the appointment. Based on the company's commitment to me as a customer, I decided to do a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with them for my Heater, A/C and Plumbing.

He plunged the drain and replaced toilet mechanism. Work was done quickly and cleanly, but before I checked the cost. I thought $89 to plunge a drain (which took about 30 seconds) was pretty excessive, especially when you add the $99 just to come out, the $99 diagnostic fee, and roughly $150 for toilet work. The estimate I was given for the other work was excruciatingly high. I ended up having it done by an acquaintance who does plumbing "on the side" for about 75% less ($2100 less) than what Schneller was going to charge. That's pretty significant!

It took a few weeks to get into their schedule but the technician came right when they promised and was knowledgeable and professional. As part of the cleaning and tune up, he found and cured a vibration in the flue fan. He found a weak blower fan motor capacitor and recommended replacement. He did put his selling hat on, recommending a maintenance plan, a low level CO monitor and a humidifier. Overall, I am happy with the performance of the Schneller technician and scheduling person.

I got them off Angie's List. I really love them. We bought a maintenance plan that they clean our furnace and the air conditioning for the $180 and you get a certain percentage off on anything that goes wrong with your furnace and air conditioning throughout the year. It is like a maintenance plan. They seem to know what they are doing. They are very good and the technicians are great.

I chose Schneller because I liked the salesman. I called and got an estimate on the 28th of June and hired them in August and we scheduled an appointment. A day or two before the scheduled apt, I received a call from them wanting to push back the scheduled apt. They offered me a discount so I decided to wait. The Schneller plumbers showed up the next day without notice. I wasn?t prepared and they said they had to wait on another truck to arrive anyway. I let my dogs out and went back to check on the plumbers and they were gone. I called the company and they said they couldn?t do the job because they would have to dig up my driveway. I have had several plumbers out and knew that they would not have to dig up the driveway. I called Jolly Plumbing and they showed up to fix the waterline on Monday without digging up my driveway. Having to wait two weeks for Schneller to do the job and then telling me they couldn?t do the job cost me money and a higher water bill.
