Things went fine. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. They suggested changing a part out for $900 dollars, I wasn't prepared to pay that much money. So far things have gone well.

They did what they said they would in a timely, professional manner.

Their service guys always know what they're talking about. I think sometimes the people in their office are not quite as knowledgeable. I've learned through the years that I have to ask for the lead technician in the office if I want true information and they're usually the ones that can give it to me.

I have used this company for years, and have always been happy with their work. This time a new tech came. Not sure what wire he accidentally disconnected, but my dual heat pump that switches between electric and gas based on temperature, did not work after he left. The same tech did the furnace tune ups at a second location for us, and that furnace also did not work the next day. Schneller was quick to send someone out and re-connect the detached wire at both locations, and double check the work performed.

As always, I was completely satisfied and pleased with all apects of Schneller's service. They honored a quote given a year ago in spite of price increases. Enthusiastically recommend the company.

They put in our second unit, and everything is fine for the house we have. They increased the size, balanced it correctly. It wouldn't heat and cool correctly before. It has never been balanced before.

Heard noise from my furnace, and took advantage of the tune up deal Schneller were having. They called me day before to confirmed the service (after they corrected my email on file, there was email confirmation as well), called again on the same day to see if they could arrive early (first time I heard service people likes to arrive early) but I had to ask them arrive at scheduled time. The service tech (Rick) arrived early, nice guy, did all the checks, gives me a run down of the issues, informed me on their offerings along with a maintenance agreement. I had such nice experience, I asked for estimate on new system later (though their pricing is on the premium side).

Pretty thorough checkup with suggestions given for operation and improvements. Obviously the technician tried to sell his own stuff, but that is not given as an obligation or there is nothing forceful about that.

I called on Monday, January 2, 2017 and asked for an estimate. I was told I'd receive a call back. I never received a call so called again on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 and this time was told that an employee could give an estimate for an $89.00 service call so I told them to forget about it.

Two technicians came to the house during the specified time (12-4) and they called when on the way. The impression I got was the one tech was training the other. The lead tech seemed very qualified and kept me well informed on their progress. They were both very professional and friendly. The tune-up took about two hours (this seemed long but it was probably due to the training). On completion the lead tech recommended replacing the igniter. I concurred and he did it in about 5 minutes. Later, out of curiosity, I checked the price of an igniter and found it to be $25-40. I was charged $213. I felt that was excessive since I had already paid for the service call under the maintenance contract. I called Schneller about my complaint and talked with their Production Manager, Mr. John Grode. After some discussion (all very amenable) Mr. Grode agreed to forego the charge for another year's maintenance contract in order to retain me as a customer. I have been using Schneller for several years and have always been very pleased with their service. I realize that there can always be some disagreements between customer and provider. I was very pleased with how this one resolved. I fully expect to continue doing business with Schneller for the foreseeable future.

It couldn't have gone better. I got immediate responses for each and every question I posed before and after the installation. Each visit was on time, super nice, and very knowledgeable. The actual installation went exactly as outlined, and the system is fantastic!!! I will definitely be contacting them for more work in the near future.
