We just signed up for service recently. They came out and did the first spray. We got a bill in Early Nov with a due date of Nov. 22. On Nov 8 (today), we get a call saying our account is past due and a hold was put on our account. Huh? When we called back, we were told that it was an error in their system as they switch to paperless, blah blah blah. Apparently the bill was sent out late and with incorrect dates? Not a big deal, right? A reasonable company would, knowing and admitting fault, would still continue service. But nope. Even though they called recently to let us know they would be coming out and spraying, they will not until we settle our bill. We are brand new customers, and this is how they show us they appreciate our business. Like delinquents? Even though it is clearly, and they admit, their fault... now we have to go out of our way to run the money right over or just wait until they get the payment in the mail and likely miss our service appt. Oh, and they made it seem like they were doing us a favor by not charging us a late fee. I would love to hear their legal argument for how we could be late on a payment if we had never been given a date by which said payment is due. And then given a due date which hadn’t even passed yet. It’s absurd. They know they have an issue, yet nobody bothered to call us and let us know until now. And now it’s late and nothing can be done. Even tho according to our bill it isn’t late. And according them, that’s their fault. But nothing can be done until we drop what we are doing and pay. BS. And to top it off, they are clearly trying to push people into paperless billing. However, if we’d been given that as an option when we recently signed up, or anytime between then and now, we would have gladly chosen paperless billing and none of this would be happening. So, to sum up... poor customer service, and incompetent. I’ll be hunting for a new pest control company. I’m very disappointed, as they seem to have such good reviews, but this kind of customer treatment is a deal breaker for me. There are plenty of other options out there.

They come about 4 times a year for their Guardian Service. They send a card every three months, and I can let them know when I want them to come.

I opted for a one time application and it has done the job. I am no longer having a problem with ants or centipedes. As a matter of fact, I haven't even seen any since a few days after the application. I am totally happy with the service.

We only use Scherzinger for pest control. It might take like 15 minutes to complete the service. They are very professional and very observant. We started using them 15 years ago.

The initial service went great. They arrived and installed bait stations as promised. They also inspected the home, although I don't think it was very thorough. After that I only saw them one other time and he didn't actually do anything on that visit other than have me sign the contract (he forgot on the initial service) and he had to write down the serial numbers of the bait stations. That was the last time I saw them and that was almost a year ago. They don't return calls and service is a joke. It's a complete waste of money to hire this company

It went very well, everyone we dealt with was very professional and did a great job. It was reassuring hearing from the guys who came in to do the work that our issue wasn't that bad and that they would take care of the problem and we'd have nothing to worry about.

see above. The billing department harasses you, they are money hungry and could care less about customer satisfaction. I am disappointed in this company Tim was great though.
