It was okay, he was able to fix it. He will sometimes say that he's going to be there, but he doesn't always show up.

I had an intermittent problem wherein the blower motor would not start (but every other aspect of the HVAC system worked fine). The problem kept getting worse, to the point where the motor would not start at all, so that's when I called and requested a diagnosis of the problem. But wouldn't you know it, when Cliff Schaller showed up, it was working fine. He left and did not charge me the usual service fee and asked me to call him again if it acted up again, which it did within days. At that point I called again and asked him to go ahead and order a new circuit board (which he previously had said is the only thing it could be) and let me know when it came in. He came out to install the new board and the system has been working fine ever since. I have used Cliff Schaller on other occasions and he has always been great, and makes an effort to come out as soon as possible, even if it's not an emergency. I will definitely call him again in the event my HVAC system needs service in the future.

They call right back and generally come out the same day I call. They always stick to the quoted price. They are clean and respect your property. They do a great job and I will use them again.

POLITE, EFFICIENT, SHOWS UP ON TIME. CLEANS UP MESS AND TELLS ME ANYTHING THAT I MIGHT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CONDITIONS OF FURNACES.
