Sands Engineering is a full service Structural and Civil Engineering design company licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. Billing is dependent on the type of project. Small structural inspections are usually paid for at the time of service, but larger projects (house plans, etc.) are billed at key milestones. Our rates are very competitive, and the service fee is generally agreed upon prior to any work starting.

He was very responsive and easy to work with.
I had his written evaluation and recommendation, including pictures and sketches, within 6 days of our first meeting.
He came out on short notice on a Tuesday to make his assessment. The following Monday he was back out to present his evaluation and answer any questions.
