Plumbing
Terrible. Mike is more of a handyman and certainly not a plumber though he said he said he was a plumber. Mike did the plumbing work, but it leaked in 2 locations and looked bad overall. Had 2 other plumbers come after to take a look and they both said it had to be taken out and totally redone, which is what I did. You could see the difference in quality right away. Mike originally said he stood by his work and would correct anything wrong, but when I told him what the other plumbers said and proved it with estimates from one of the plumbers, he did not offer to fix it the right way not would he refund any of my money. I only asked for the labor charges back but he would not return calls or respond to text or emails. I would never recommend Mike Sandman for any type of work.
