This place is fabulous! I found it through Angie's list and wasn't disappointed!

I'm wanting to transition my hair to it's natural color (which is now gray) and Beth gave me the best cut I think I've ever had. She listened to what I had to say about my coloring needs and we worked out a plan for a slow transition so that it wouldn't be so shocking and would seem more normal.

I'll be going back time and time again, 'fer sure!

Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is casual yet trendy. I've been there 3 times now and seen people of all ages, male and female, getting great friendly service.

The previous salon I had gone to, gave me a cut that I didn't like. The person there at Salon Bel Aire fixed it and it looked absolutely fabulous. Her name is Courtney. The previous place I went to, did a great job on doing highlights. It was a highlight, cut and shampoo for $67, which was a steal; but I really thought the haircut was not good. My hair just didn't look right. Courtney was really good. It was the first time I ever had a hair stylist do a manicure. My daughter recommended them. My granddaughter had a haircut there and they charged $15 for a haircut. She looks really great, so that's why I went there because the price was right. I knew that they were reasonably priced for that instance. They were really great. In fact, I used the same person who cut my granddaughter's hair. I thought she was wonderful.

As soon as I walked in, on a frigid evening, someone offered me a hot drink! That was much appreciated!
Pam, the stylist, was all ready and we got started right away. She asked me questions about how I wore my hair, how I styled it, what tools I used, and how I wanted it to look. We discussed options, and she made recommendations. Then she colored my hair (foil highlights), shampooed the color out, and cut and blew dry my hair.
She explained what she was doing and why (what the products were that she was using) and continued to ask questions at each decision point.
Every time I moved (from her chair to a chair at a table with magazines while the color was developing, to the sinks, back to her chair for the cut), she or someone was there to ask if I wanted anything: a drink, a magazine.
I was pleased with the cut and color and especially with the level of service.

Pam took the time to listen to me and ask lots of questions before doing anything.

I love them. I love the hairdresser and she is so good. There is a girl there that is awesome. The price doesn't bother me a bit if it is good. I like the fact they have lots of magazines and they have lots of jewelry to look at. It is a clean and nice place. The girl who does my hair does an excellent job. The price is reasonable and she is very professional. I won't go anywhere else, although it is not close to my house.

I had purchased halo extensions at this location, because my hair is very fine and thin. I ordered them in my natural dark brown color, even though I have some gray. When I went back to have my gray colored, the color came out much lighter than I had expected, and then the extensions were too dark. I thought they were going to color my hair to match the extensions (I had them with me), but I did not like the way the color came out. I will keep trying different salons. This one was not for me. It's so difficult to find stylists that know how to handle very fine thin hair. Although the price was right, I felt like the stylist didn't really try to match my natural hair color, and the stylist that sold me the extensions shredded my already fine thin hair, to blend it in. This made my hair all flyaway when I wasn't wearing the extensions.
The color I got was not right for me.....much too light. I think that if you have anything other than fine, thin hair, this would be a great place to go.

The hairstylist listened to what I wanted. She was friendly, and she fixed a problem that another hairstylist had done on my hair. It is a very nice place to go to.

The beautician I go to at this salon is Susan Frueauff. I've been very happy with her and the salon. It's a nice salon, very comfortable, and Susan does very nice work.
