Interior Painting
I PICKED OUT THE PAINT AND PAID FOR IT. I HAD JUST PURCHASED MY HOME AND WANTED IT DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF MY MOVE DATE. I GAVE HIM MY HOME KEYS. HE DID A SLOPPY JOB. PAINT WAS ALL OVER EVERYTHING. HE SUBSTITUTED SOME OLD PAINT THAT WAS LEFT BY THE PREVIOUS OWNERS IN THE GARAGE. HE USED THAT ALONG WITH WHAT I PURCHASED. IT WAS A MESS!! THE HARDWOOD FLOORS HAD GROOVE MARKS. YOU COULD SEE WHERE HE STOPPED & STARTED THE SANDER. THE FLOOR WAS NOT CLEANED AND SAND PARTICLES WERE ALL OVER THE FLOOR. IT FELT LIKE SANDPAPER WHEN HE WAS DONE. HE ALSO NEVER RETURNED MY KEYS. I HAD TO GET THE LOCKS CHANGED. HE PROMISED TO RE-DO THE PAINT AND THE FLOOR, BUT HE NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THIS.
