Shane and his crew evaluated our roof and determined that fairly extensive repairs were needed due to a poor job done by previous contractor : ( While he was open to partial replacement we determined a full year-off was a better option for both structural and cosmetic reasons. Shane and crew arrived as scheduled or notified us of change in plans (weather-related) as appropriate. The whole job took just over 2 days and each evening debris was removed and site left in good condition- minimal unavoidable damage to landscaping, very few nails found afterwards-' unlike previous contractors. When we had a problem Shane was very responsive and took care of the issue within a reasonable time. Great guy, good crew, nice job. Will hire again.

Went just fine. Very smoothly.

Great. He was punctual, very professional, very knowledgeable, and seem to know his job well. He explained why the areas at my house had water damage which was very helpful to know. He caulked areas that he felt would resolve the water each problems to the inside. Apparently, when my roof was installed, it was not done properly. I was aware of this before he showed up. He did not push me or try to scare me into the fact that I needed a new roof immediately. He gave me a ballpark price and said to call him if I need any help in the future. I was very impressed.

He managed to come the same day, got right up on the roof and fixed a bunch of small problems. He then showed me pictures of problem areas I should take care of "in a couple of years". I was impressed he didn't go for the immediate upsell.

A little difficulty getting scheduled. However, due to this he waived the steepness upcharge and sealed around all vents and exposed nail heads in the ridge vents.

The whole process was incredibly smooth. Shane and Dave and the crew came and knocked out the job over the course of a few days. They came early, left late, and cleaned up after themselves. Found and fixed a large whole caused by a falling limb

Excellent. they arrived a day early (that is a rarity in our experience!) . He brought a crew that ripped into my roof. did repairs. cleaned up. and were gone by the end of the day. really organized and efficient.

Offer was $99 for roof maintenance that normally costs $210 bit I was charged an additional $175 to the $99 I already paid for replacement of 3 shingles.

Shane Yeary of Roof Masters arrived on time and completed the roof inspection that had been requested. He showed me photos of my roof showing items that he had improved by caulking and areas with debris from the trees around the house. I paid him for removing the debris and am happy with the price and the work that he completed. I expect to hire him to do additional work in the future.

The owner came by inspected my roof front and back. He replaced a couple of the shingles and said everything else was fine. He also advised me of what type of roofing materials to use in the future should I replace more of them in the future. very helpful.
